Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

The young man at the front was very nice. Directed me to the kiosk and offered to help if I had any questions. That didn't help with my order still being prepared wrong. The same young man at the counter was there when I brought my order back. He got a manager who did not introduce herself, no "hello", "sorry about the mistake", nothing. Since I did have a receipt this time (the other manager,male, who works the drive-thru never gives one and is extremely rude about having to remake items that are wrong, because they can't be found on the receipt that he never gives), and because I found the kiosk to have more personality than this woman I opted to just get a refund this time. Shame on both of you managers.Maybe you can learn a lesson from the teenager working the counter about how to interact...

I remember with tremendous nostalgia the times as HS students we chipped couple of dollars and hang out after night school for few minutes. And we ordered through a person our snacks and the orders were made accurate too. Taco Bell is not the same as I remember. Now this days there is a machine to take your order (for my surprise. And first time) eventually you get to talk to a person who might or not assist you. Also my order was wrongly made and incomplete. (I only got 70% of my order) it was my first time in and probably my last. The only good thing from Taco Bell was the drinks. (Sorry I have not post pictures because all the food was squeezed and unable to recognize...

If it were possible to give negative stars, I would. This Taco Bell location continues to be the worst imaginable store in this vast and far reaching Mexican franchise. It's actually shocking how slow the service is, as there are always a ton of "employees" there, but they mysteriously take forever to prepare your order. Regardless of whether or not the store is deserted, mildly crowded, or packed, you will wait what feels like an eternity for your food. And speaking of your food; when you open it, it is haphazardly put together and with inconsistent ingredients. In face the only thing consistent about this place is the inordinate amount of time it takes to get you...
