I used to go to this location often and after a long overdue (so I thought) hiatus, my friend and I went on a Sunday. Though the parking lot was pretty full, there was no one waiting. We stood there for almost 10 minutes before someone finally popped up and asked if we needed a table. I mean, we weren't just looking to hang out in the Ihop waiting area. We finally get seated at a table with no silverware and hardly any condiments. After about 15 minutes of just sitting there waiting for someone to ask us if we even wanted drinks, and watching people who came in after us getting their food orders, someone finally came over, couldn't tell you her name as she never said it. We gave her our whole order. The coffee was good but they give you milk in a tiny glass now and still no silverware but I found paper straws to actually have a purpose for stirring the coffee. The mango iced tea was also in a tiny glass and watered down with no flavor at all. Waste of $3+ Eventually the manager saw we had nothing on our table and brought us everything we needed. She was def the best employee in that whole place. The food I'll say was Mediocre at best and that's being nice. I went to the restroom and found the employees who should've been cleaning the messes everywhere but they were busy talking. And to top it off... what's the point of the girl standing by the register if you can't pay her!? My friend decided to download the app and pay while we stood in the waiting area because no way were we going to go sit back down to be ignored for another 20 minutes. Sadly, we will never be going back there. I understand understaffing but this...

Server was very friendly. I ordered the Classic Eggs Benedict with hashbrowns and a side of sausage. I enjoyed the eggs Benedict, perfectly cooked, although the hollandaise was broken and tasted slightly sour & tart, perhaps too much lemon. I always enjoy the sausage links. I did not care for the hashbrowns. They were nicely crisp on top, but a mushy, raw-like mess underneath. (Side note, I had an unsweetened, fresh brewed iced tea, which was very good.) My husband ordered the chicken biscuit sandwich with country gravy, which came with a side, he chose a waffle. He also ordered a side of bacon and a side of fries. The sandwich was a nice size. He liked the country gravy, and the bacon was nicely crisp. Fries were basic, fried golden. The waffle was crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, and delicious! A nice...
