I just wanted to try the new plant based Impossible Whopper. So, my family gave me their order and I drove to Burger King to get a quick dinner. I decided to go through the drive-thru because the place was completely empty. What a mistake. I drove up to the menu board which was not illuminated and held together by bungee cords. I placed my order and drove up to the pickup window. The staff are very friendly and I didn't have to wait very long for my order to be given to me. That said, I looked in my rear view mirror and I had two cars waiting behind me. I took it for granted and just quickly glanced into the bags and headed home. Needless to say, I was missing a couple of items. It was my fault for not checking to make sure everything was in the bags, but I shouldn't have to if the people working there are doing their job. Other than missing a few item's that I paid for, the Impossible Whopper was pretty good. I personally won't go back to Burger King, and usually don't get fast food. How rude and embarrassing. Never had such a bad experience here before and I have been coming to this location for almost 20 years, at least once or twice a month. Ended up having to drive out of the drive through after being stuck behind the person ahead of me and went to McDonald's instead. Thanks for that. I was not going to come back to this location ever again after that experience. I decided to try it again on a Tuesday. The gentleman running the drive through were polite and friendly and the food was hot and fresh. They honored my coupon codes as well and did not have to provide paper coupons. Because of them I will still continue to use this location. If I see that rude female manager in the future I will walk out. I get to the window and they take my card and hand me my bag of food which felt heavier than it should have been. I opened it to see...something that wasn't mine. I told them it wasn't my order and passed it back through the window when they asked. They had 4 people standing at the register when the mistake was brought to their attention (how many people does it take?!) and then someone went to hand me a few singles (I paid more than I should have) and didn't say a word, just hung them out the window. I was given my bag and drink without any apologies or even any words...I said thank you and got no response. Mistakes happen but be respectful! I still said thank you and waited patiently and yet was ignored verbally. I'm disgusted that ignoring someone who received the wrong order is how they went about this. I...
