Unfortunately as of recent Dave is no longer there. The good tasting food left with him. & oh the new owner or investor is the lady that runs the foot massage place next door.This place was a weekly stop for me. Now the food tastes like it was prepared in the massage place .Yuk

Update to the “owners” reply to my REAL review. Nothing fake about it. You mention morality. Customer pay for what is expected to be good fresh food, not morality. What is fake though Are the old pictures from the prior cooks which are no longer there. Try informing customers of what they’re actually getting now put up some new photos. As either the owner or 1 of the private investors verified…. Call Dave because he is no longer there. All the good reviews was when he was there and cared about the customers opinion of the food . Yes everyone Call Dave and ask where he is at now and go there instead. Smh. I wish I could post the picture of how thin they sliced the chicken cutlet. This was 1st time ever trying tough chicken leather. Just horrible . apparently the new cook doesn’t know how to pound the chicken when making a chicken entree. Unbelievable. And for whoever decided to reply to these real reviews … instead of trying to reprimand customers, how about you focus on the quality of your food that people are paying their hard...

We ordered a bunch of food for a birthday party and it was almost entirely wrong. When I first got to Vincent's, I was completely ignored as the owner helped the person in line behind me. When he decided to help me, he pointed at me and rudely asked, "what do you want?" I told him I had an order for pick up. He was angry that I was five minutes early.

I proceeded to wait for 20 minutes before my food was ready (yet we had called a day and a half in advance, and he was adamant we arrive at exactly 6PM). To his credit, he did apologize that the food was late.

We ordered 7 different things and only 2 things were correct. We called to explain and the owner just screamed over us and then hung up. We called back and were hung up on again.

This is not directly related to order, but the owner seems completely unhinged. Everyone in the building (staff and customers) wore face masks, except for him. Also, as I waited, I watched as he continously verbally abused one of his employees, even going so far as to throw multiple notepads at him. The owner even cursed at a customer and caused him to leave. These things alone made me never want to come back, but after the way he handled ruining our food, I know none of us will ever be back. Let it be noted that the rest of the staff...

I will never go here again place i order online. when I get there I'm told that they didn't look at the tablet and nobody put in the order and never mind the fact that I stood there for 5 minutes while 2 employees were on their phone and didn't even acknowledge me before telling me to wait 15 minutes. so I wait 15 minutes for them to place my order then the man that runs the establishment comes over to me and tells me that hes out of stock of half the things that I ordered and I could wait 10 minutes for him to Complete my order yet they were supposed to be making it for the 15 minutes that I was sitting in my vehicle. so then he proceeds to get loud with me and start yelling at me and I'm not quite sure what it is about men in this town that feels some power over screaming at women but I will definitely never order from here again don't bother spending your money here. I have been a server for 8 years and have never seen worse...
