Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I had so many problems with the website, I had to re-do my order 3 full times, before I could get it to work, and David the Manager was no help either. He did not have a contact number I could call to get the webiste working properly and he could not take my order over the phone cause the special was online only.

My order finally went through and they made my pizza completely wrong, and when I called to have them fix it, I was told I could not eat any of the wrong pizza as it had to be sent back to be thrown out! With starving people all over the world I said the least you could do is let me keep this pizza and send me the correct one, but he refused, and said it is company policy to swap out the pizzaz only. So I had to sit and watch my husband eat while they made me a new pie and could not even touch the pizza already here. So it got sent back and into their garbage.

Very bad business practice if you ask me! Not only did they NOT make up for their mistake, they think making me sit and stare at my incorrectly made pizza and making me watch others eat, only so they could throw the pizza out is somehow making up for their making a mistake. We usually order from here to try it out as new residents. The first pizza was good. Second time we ordered, it was as if it was an old, dry pizza and skimpy dried up sauce, hardly any on it. So, last night we gave it another try....we ordered a ham & pineapple (Hawaiian style). It came w/PEPPERONI, CHICKEN CHUNKS, GREEN PEPPERS, & tiny bits of pineapple! I once managed a brick oven, hand spun, real Itialian pizzeria & it's not hard to read an order!! Don't Wasted $. Complaining about it probably won't matter but 3 times we tried and its time for another place for pizza. Pizza is not expensive to make guys, for the price you charge, use quality and do it as if you're going to eat it yourself, fresh and what you asked...

Pizza had no sauce on it and dough was very dry same went for the cheese bread stick and cinnamon sticks .. everything tasted as if it was freezer burn or old .. very disappointed and iv have had this problem more than once .. it is a hang out there always 4 or 5 employees sitting on the floor or on there phones doing nothing.. the blasting Spanish music is unneeded in a business like that .. there management staff could care less about doing any job period.. taht place is always packed and seems to be more people sitting around then doing anything.. I'll take a picture next time of the employees doing nothing taht are getting paid on the clock. But you have cameras so...
