JC Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I am so angry right now. With delivery it cost me $15. for a potato and egg hero. Since having cancer, there are only certain foods I can tolerate, this is one of them. Buona Fortuna used to make this SO good.....today they used frozen skinny (McDonald style) french fries. Horrible!!!! I spoke to the owner on the phone, who argued with me that that's the way he's always made it. LIAR! I've eaten it there several times before...it was NEVER made like this. PS....he only said he's sorry, didn't offer to make it right with replacement food. Just seemed ok that he has my money, and I have nothing but an empty stomach and extreme disappointment. BEST PIZZA I'VE EVER HAD. I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING THIS AMAZING SLICE OF HEAVEN SINCE THEY WERE LOCATED ON 101 IN EAST PATCHOGUE, BUT SINCE IVE MOVED.... I THANK THE LORD THAT THEY ARE LOCATED IN MY NEW HOMETOWN. ON PIZZA NIGHT MY FAMILY KNOWS DONT ASK ME WHAT I WANT BECAUSE THEY KNOW WHAT IM GOING TO SAY. MARIO IS AWESOME IN THE BACK AND I LOVE SEEING THAT FAMILY LOVE AND FRIENDLY WELCOMING WHEN WE COME IN. ALWAYS WELCOMING AND HAPPY TO KNOW THAT OTHER MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY COME IN FOR THE FOOD AS WELL. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME. I WILL BE THERE SOON TO GET A MEATBALL AND SAUSAGE PIE ...... THAT I EAT KIND OF ALL BY MYSELF, ALWAYS LOVE....

The Shirley store needs some TLC. I ordered a chicken parm pie with salad because I've had this before at the Bohemia location and it was amazing. The food at the Shirley location today was definitely not up to par, the toppings were spread thin and the salad had some questionable older looking romaine lettuce. Clean it up Buona Fortuna. Please wipe down the countertops, keep the food safe and not open under the bottom of the oven. And if your handling the food be respectful and use gloves or have someone other than the cook/ pizza maker use their bare hands to handle...
