I DO NOT recommend giving the place your business. My wife and I ordered a bedroom set and a new mattress on September 13th. We were told the mattress would be in right away, but the furniture wouldn't be available until the 3rd week in October at the latest. Ok fine. The mattress comes on the day it was expected, although it was the WRONG MATTRESS but it was comfortable so we kept it, and it came 3 hours later than the window they gave me. So the 3rd week in October comes and I call to inquire about the furniture. I was told it would take an extra couple weeks. I call again a couple weeks later and only the dressers are available for delivery, the bed frame and the night stands are going to take a couple more weeks! So I get the dressers finally. A couple more weeks go by and STILL NO CALL so I call back AGAIN. Im told the bed frame and the nightstands will be in on Monday. I call Monday and of course they aren't in yet. Im told they will be delivered the following Monday (today) between 11am and 1pm. Its currently 2:30 and I still don't have the rest of my furniture. I called and no one is picking up. This started September 13th and today is December 7th. Throughout it all, I NEVER got ONE call from this place. I've always had to be the one to call them. I should have known from the first day, when I made an appointment to oder the furniture and the man I made the appointment with was off that day. Who makes an appointment and then takes that day off? This has been almost 3 MONTHS of frustration. This has been, hands down, the most unprofessional experience I've ever had at a place that I spent thousands if dollars at....
Read moreI bought I bunk bed for my kids almost 3 months ago, and i tried to be nice when delivered the wrong mattress were delivered i had to go back myself and get because the gentlemen that delivered stated they would back and never came back. They were unable to build the bunk beds and were at my house for 4hours discussing how under paid the are and that are required to work overtime with no pay. For the last 2 months my husband has had to continue tightening the bed because the ruined the screws, and there is nothing that can be done about it. So now bunk beds that we have had for 3months are no longer effective in my kids rooms, I will now have to go buy another bed and spend another 1000 dollars for beds. Its disgusting that I have to go through this when this year has been overwelming do to other personal issue. Please take your business else where or set up your own beds from...

Here I am taking a day off of work bc not only did they originally send me the wrong furniture but after waiting 3 months for them to correct the issue they not only sent me the wrong furniture again but this time it was also damaged! Brings new meaning to “damage control.” To add insult to injury they did not offer to get me the right, undamaged furniture immediately, but told me to be patient and offered an offensive $50 discount when it has already cost me 3 months and $360 in lost wages for the day. And I think understanding that under the circumstances I had to wait 3 months for it to be resolved was patient. Unprecedented times. But waiting 3 months to be worse off than where we started, well my patience has run out! Would NEVER order anything...
