Aroma Joe's — Restaurant in Town of Brunswick

Normally, I would give a much better review. And I’m giving 4 stars this time due to a great experience every time other than today, even tho my recent experience was more of a 2 star one.

We love this place and go often. This time the drink we normally get was different. Much more milk and way less coffee. Maybe it could have been that there was less ice or something, I don’t know. Also, normally, they just add the caramel drizzle or they ask if we want it, but this time neither of those things happened and my husband didn’t know to ask for it. The customer service he got at the location was pleasant.

I wasn’t mad or anything, just disappointed because the drink wasn’t what we were expecting based on all the times we went. I called the store just to let them know, simply because we go there all the time and the one drink we usually get was way different this time. I want to keep coming and getting drinks but I figured they’d like the feedback to keep things consistent for their regulars. I wasn’t asking for anything and I clarified that. The woman who called herself the assistant manager was extremely rude and defensive and she clearly didn’t get her position due to her customer service skills. She said it’s the way she always makes it. She was combative and argumentative. Normally in customer service roles, even if you disagree with the customer you’re not rude. Don’t get me wrong I love supporting new businesses on a Hoosick. Assuming that the target audience of this café is members that go to the planet fitness, right next-door, the drinks are super sugary, if you offered more sugar, free, options, or chilled out on the sugar in general, I could find myself going here more often. But as a result, I always get a stomach ache. I love the energy drinks. They’re super tasty but again super sugary and would be the same if not better if sugar-free. but recently I had a Matcha latte and I don’t know what that is but it’s not Matcha, felt like I was drinking...

We drove from up near Lake George, because my boyfriend loves coffee and had no idea this place existed so I wanted to surprise him. He loved it! He ordered the iced coffee red white and bliss, and said it was one of the best iced coffees he's ever had.

I ordered a lemonade with pineapple and my only complaints are that the lid was really loose even though on fully and it spilled all over me when I tipped it to use the straw, and the lemonade didn't actually taste of much by itself. Mainly sparkling water with a little pineapple in it.
