Trattoria Sei has set a new standard for exceptional customer service. My wife ordered a zucchini pizza at 3 PM for a party we were attending later that evening. We arrived at the restaurant at 6:45 PM to pick up the order, even though the parking lot was packed with no available spaces. No big deal—I was happy to wait in the car with our two kids while my wife went in to grab the pizza.

Forty minutes later, my wife called to say the restaurant was incredibly busy, and our order was delayed. Frustrated and running late for the party, I told her to forget the pizza so we could leave. That’s when the staff at Trattoria Sei turned things around. The owner, feeling genuinely bad about the situation, assured my wife that the food would be delivered directly to the party—even though they don’t typically offer delivery.

And here’s the kicker: the busboy himself delivered the pizza! He arrived at the party promptly, just as the owner promised. It was a level of care and commitment to customer satisfaction that you rarely see these days.

As a retired investor in the restaurant business for over 20 years, I’ve always believed that service is the backbone of success. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them makes all the difference. Trattoria Sei didn’t just fix the issue—they went above and beyond to ensure we were happy.

Because of this incredible experience—and because my wife insists the food is fantastic—we’ll be placing a few tray orders tomorrow for a party we’re hosting this Saturday. If you’re looking for a restaurant that truly values its customers, Trattoria Sei should be at the top of your list.

Food was absolutely amazing !!! I would have gave 5 stars but the bartender was a bit off putting. I sat at the bar alone, no other customers at the bar. I ordered an appetizer, entree and a glass of wine. In the middle of eating my salad the bartender asked me if I was finished, meanwhile I had a half of salad left, I figured it was because my entree was ready to come out, but when I did get my entree, not even half way through I took a breather to order another drink, But before I could, the bartender asked me “are you still eating or do you just want your check”. Maybe it just me I’m Not sure, but asking someone if they are ready for the check with half a bowl of pasta left is strange. Meanwhile there is no one else at the bar. Anyways, I told the server No, I’d like dessert actually, even though I was turned off the food was really good so I did decide to get the brownie. I was thinking to get an espresso martini because they make a really good one, I opted out because I felt so rushed my the bartender. Just my experience! Other than that the FOOD is...
