This place is just awful. The coffee is mid tier stumptown mass roasted slop that costs a dollar more than premium cafe prices. The store tries to be hip and have an individual style so the baristas think they can be rude and aggressive while eschewing eye contact. The non selection of pastries were terrible and seemed old. I was fine with having an overpriced and mediocre cup of coffee and sit and read for a moment, but the chairs were so deeply uncomfortable and the staff so incredibly unwelcoming, that I decided to mill for a moment while looking at records, throw away my coffee at the store, and then leave. It took me all of three minutes to look at the entirety of this pathetic record collection. Walmart has a better selections of records. Basically the bins were a pile of two dollar thrift store records and the cheapest vg discogs selections marked up to fifteen bucks. The best record they had was some Prince reissue. No thanks! I don’t need worn Gordon Lightfoot and the millionth copy of rumors. Bad coffee, bad people, bad records. Make...
Read moreAnthony has done the world a great favor by creating this wonderful community space. The best possible coffee I have ever had is another plus. Anthony is an asset to Columbia County and Chatham by creating this unique and wonderful space. The pool table, the used books, the LPs, hand grounded beans... There is no place like it. Large cities wish they had a community hangout this legit. Anthony did this as a labor of love as a recoverying academic and I bow down and praise him and this A double plus fantastic place to chat with neighbors and...

Anthony is a great guy and a fantastic Barista. If the coffee wasn’t happening I wouldn’t be there. He’s smart to have a few non caffeinated drinks as well like a Turmeric Latte or a Citron Chaud, pardon my French, teas and other drinks. Go for the coffee and stay for the records...
