Arby's — Restaurant in Town of Cheektowaga

Best Arbys I've been to. I've gone many times, way more than I'd like to admit, and haven't ever had any issues really outside of maybe missing a sauce or something small maybe once or twice. The employees are friendly and real which is rare in fast food. The food comes out above expectations and sometimes brings me nostalgia because they will sometimes throw a regular fry in with the curly fries which is old school. With the app, I've ordered ahead of time often, and it's always ready to go and packaged well. I don't drive here so I really appreciate the effort the employees put into everything and spend a lot more money here due to the repeat great experiences. I sincerely hope the employees are occasionally rewarded for good performance cuz this place is like a vacuum...

I am a regular customer of Arby's at the Dick Rd. location. I also belong to Arby's email club and receive numerous coupons and promotions with some being redeemable only at this location. ... My critique is that when l either print or use the new feature of just showing the cashier the coupon offer on my cell, they seem totally confused about how to ring it up. lt's not just an occasional thing either. Changing my review on this place. Every time I have gone lately, issues with pricing or not getting advertised deals on website. Plan on spending more than what you thought was a "deal" only to find out when you get there it's only on the app, not the right day, or does not apply. Food is still good overall. I am going to do without Arby's in the future, they need to get their business plan streamlined with what prices they offer and not advertise some price to get you there and then withdraw it or...
