Horrible experience every time. Fly in and out of Buffalo airport frequently and every time the employees at the bar refuse to serve me. They claim they cannot accept vertical ID’s. Despite my ID being gov issued, not expired, and clearly showing I’m of age to consume alcohol they refuse to “accept” it. I showed a photo of passport and state issued boaters license as well and the manager still refused service. The true irony lies in the fact that I presented the same identification to TSA to pass through security and they accepted it. Seemed like a fine place from the outside but the food was truly horrible. I'm not exaggerating, the chicken tenders looked like bargain bin frozen grocery store food and tasted microwaved. Genuinely the worst chicken I've been served in a restaurant in years, and they were almost $18. Laughably bad. The most generous interpretation of events is that they ran out of the real menu item and ran to the grocery store to find a substitute. The staff looked like they hate their lives. First I tried ordering the cocktail on their sign and they said they were out of one of the ingredients. Asked for another cocktail and got a blank stare. Asked for a cocktail list and the guy looked confused about what a cocktail is. Asked what Bourbon cocktail he could make and he asked "you didn't drink much do you?"
