Being from Boise, all we have is our local coffee shops, Starbucks and Dutch Brothers. Since we are on the east coast, I have been able to try Dunkin' and now Tim Hortons since these aren't fun options for us in our neck of the woods.
This little coffee stand in the airport had quite a few options for breakfast sammy, donuts and drinks. The donuts looked really good but i passed on them today. I just really wanted to try their coffee. I see their drinks all over Tik Tok so of course I had to get one.
I'm going to be brutally honest, I felt confused when I ordered an iced mocha. To me, an iced mocha is your basic chocolate, milk and espresso shot. So when I ordered an iced mocha with the cashier and she asked me if I wanted milk it was quite confusing. And to make matters worse, the "trainer" decided to educate me and let me know mocha means chocolate. I chuckled and went along with it. Nothing like being belittled while you're ordering the most basic drink.
I got my small iced mocha with milk. I can't believe I paid 4 bucks for this thing. The coffee was so watered down. You can barely taste the chocolate and I got a little milk in my drink. I honestly could have gotten a better drink by buying a Starbucks frap that they sell at the gas station for 4 bucks.
I was so pumped to try a drink from this joint. But the service and the product totally killed it for me. My husband did enjoy his apple juice but how can you f up pre packaged apple juice? I'm happy I'm heading home to my local coffee joints, Starbys and Dutch. I'm cool on Tim Hortons. This whack coffee is marked off...

Guy makes my bagel, then proceeds to ask Leatrice why she took my order for an ice cap even though the machine is broken. She denies processing the order she processed to him. I have to have a manager come to refund me for my drink. While venturing away to find a drink before my flight after that fiasco I open up my bagel to find that the guy put less cream cheese on the bagel than comes in a single serving packet of cream cheese. Slow, inaccurate service, employees were being rude to other customers while I was waiting for my order. All together an embarrassment of a Tim Hortons. Shame it's probably the first one most people traveling in and out of Buffalo end up...

I said I wanted a number 4 with a drink, sandwich and hashbrown, and my partner ordered a sausage egg & cheese with NO CHEESE (made that very clear because she has a severe allergy) not only did she ring mine up separately and did not add the hashbrown (so it was more expensive with no meal) egg was put on my partner’s sandwich. I was given no receipt and when I went back up to tell them everything that was wrong with my order she refused to hand me a receipt and just showed me the screen of all the orders as if that is a reason on why she botched the order and made it more expensive. The guy in there was nice enough but for the love of god do not let this woman remain in there. -100/10 customer...
