China Jade Kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Cheektowaga

I have been going to this place for a few months now and I have given this place chance after chance! Well today was it for me. I got wonton soup and shrimp fried rice. As soon as I took my soup out of the bag my kids noticed there was hair floating inside of it. I immediately called and spoke to the women that answers the phone and takes the orders. First she told me to prove it! I was taken back by her response I told her I was in the house for the night, but I can send her a picture she then told me no I needed to bring it back now in order for her to fix it because she didn’t believe it! I asked if I could just bring it in tomorrow she told me no and said she needed to see it tonight! At this point I said I don’t understand why she was being nasty and rude to me because it was not my fault that she has hair in my soup! She said thank you! not addressing my concerns at all, and then she hung up on me! I drove up there she poures the soup in the cooking area and said she saw no hair and told me it was celery that I saw, I told her no I know the difference between celery and black hair. Needless to say I ended up walking out!!! Never ever go here worst experience every! Very nasty, these people know nothing about...

Not a good experience.... They do not understand English, so maybe that explains the problem with not getting my order correct. They kept propping the outside door open so the 27F air was blowing in on me.... very very cold while I waited I asked for White Rice they said ok, but gave me re-fried . I said no silver ware only chop sticks, they gave me plastic ware and no chop sticks. I said no cookie and they gave me a cookie The food tasted ok, but the place looked very dark and dirty and I wasn't sure if the food was good, clean, etc.

I only went because the one I usually go to was closed for spring break.

Will I go again... I doubt it. Will I recommend others...

I ordered general tso chicken and shrimp fried rice. The lady asked if I wanted sauce on my rice which I found odd, but I thought it might taste good, only to find out that the reason was beacuse the shrimp were old and dried out. THEN! My husband bites into his boneless ribs and rice only to find it was spoiled; So of course I smelled it to see and not to my surprise the ribs had a sour smell on them.
