Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Cheektowaga

The pizzas here are great….assuming you actually receive it within a reasonable time.

This location delivers using DoorDash, and unfortunately they clearly load up the drivers with multiple deliveries at once. Thanks to Papa John’s handy dandy pizza tracker, you can watch as your delivery driver goes all over Cheektowaga while your pizza sits in the visibly dirty backseat of whoever they decided to hand it off to.

When calling, the staff unfortunately are not fluent enough to understand what you are saying or asking. Once you DO get the point across that you want to speak to a manager, they share about how the manager is outside… not there… wherever.

At this point I’m convinced this location has no manager. Steer clear. It’s Buffalo guys…why are you ordering Papa John’s anyway, do you WANT to have a bad experience? This isn’t Florida, and we aren’t...

Pizza was undercooked, wings tasted terrible, and the staff was extremely rude at pickup. All of my food was already sitting on their pickup shelf and it was marked as ready on my mobile order. (They actually marked it as "picked up" by the time i arrived...) The staff member told me "its in the oven you have to wait 14 minutes" So i wait, he gives somebody else an order, sees mine there, sets it on the counter without a word and tells me "here you go leave" Do not get pizza here, go to a little ceasars where it's cheaper and tastes better and the staff...

Ordered food from these people. Including a zero sugar 2 liter for relatives over who have diabetes and can't drink normal soda. They were out of the zero sugar pop and unilaterally decided to substitute it with regular Pepsi without calling or asking if that was ok. And then when I called to tell them they gave me the wrong beverage they told me they were out so that's what they gave me. No apology, no offer to replace the 2 liter or give me a refund/credit for it. Nothing. Absolutely shameful and it will be my last time spending...
