John & Mary's A-Bomb Subs — Restaurant in Town of Cheektowaga

This John&Mary's location is the best. It really is! There are many places to get a sub. I've had Steak Hoagies at many of them. Some are garbage. Many are pretty good. However, you just know when you bite into a John&Mary's Steak Hoagie that it is the best! Onion rings, battered...Yes! Staff and proprieter are always warm and welcoming. They are efficient. Quality is consistent. Yet at the same time, your meal appears like home made and not pre measured corporate like those we all know.

I've visited many of the John&Mary's locations over many years. They all are great. Again, this location on Harlem Rd. In Cheektowaga is the place to go.

With cost being higher, we do expect quality and experience to justify expense.

Why spend $20 or more on mediocre meals when you can go to John&Mary's?!

While on our way to another sub shop we happened upon this one and decided to eat here instead. Quaint place, friendly staff and good food. The guy that was there, guessing the owner based on his utter uselessness and standing around talking on his phone, seemed to be more a pest than anything else. Hey joker, let the ladies work in peace without you breathing over their shoulders like some pathetic slave driver. Perhaps make your phone calls in your office away from your customer base, it's bad business and bad for business. I'll visit again, but if that lump is still doing that, I'll not be staying...

The young ladies, an gentleman take good care of us when my partner Bill an myself get finished with our route every Monday afternoon. The food is great an everything is fresh an made to perfection. ( Now these ladies, behind the counter are actual "Sandwich Artists") The manager is very personable, an cares about his customers. Sometimes they come around an ask how your food was, an if they didn't hit you up at the booth, then they will catch you at the register.
