Subway — Restaurant in Town of Cheektowaga

I don't know what's going on with Harlem Rd subway, they are really falling off. My Husband went there today to buy subs got in too it with one of the sub-workers cause she couldn't follow directions the way he was telling her how to make the subs. I like a lot of onions on my sub, and get home getting ready to eat and looked inside my sub I was very upset because on a footlong I only had 4 pieces of onions on the whole thing and also there was a long piece of hair that just made me sick to my stomach this is not the first time having problems with them. It's one young lady that have been working there for some years, I seldom see her there now she always do make excellent subs for us and pays close attention. No more Harlem Rd subway for us anymore the only time we will ever order from them again it will have to be the young lady I mentioned before, I wish I knew her name I would give her 100 🌟. Very poor customer service. I often visit this Subway because they honor coupons, which they wouldn’t because I ordered a sub that was not on the list, which was fine. I ordered 2 footling subs one of which I did not want cheese. I asked the sub maker to put the cheese on the other sub instead and she said that it would be an up charge. I asked why and she told me that they were 2 different sub, which I was very well aware of since I was purchasing them. I asked her if there was a separate charge for cheese and she said she could not put the cheese on the sub bc they were different subs. Then proceeds to say that “it’s not in her pay range” to explain to me why I couldn’t have cheese that I paid for put on another sub that I also paid for. I told her I would never...

subway. i love you, i really do. but please… i can’t keep choosing wegmans subs over you. please don’t forget my jalapeños or banana peppers anymore. pls put lots of lettuce when i ask for extra. you guys still have a chance to beat wegmans, even if they have ciabatta. i know the minimum wage worker making my sandwich doesn’t care, so maybe pay them more so i like my sandwich? i know your profit margins must be crazy with this bread that the Irish Supreme Court doesn’t even legally consider bread. sorry for being mean, my cold cut combo hasn’t hit right...
