This McDonalds is absolutely ridiculous. It's closest to my house, but honestly the number of times I have needed to go back and have them correct my order, or have just said forget it about missing or incorrect items is insane. Once they gave my husband a bag of fries. Just fries. Another time they didn't but the main item in two happy meals. This morning I ordered two breakfast sandwiches - checked them before I pulled out of the lot and they were wrong. Went and asked them to fix them - got two more, and they were wrong again. How hard is it to put an egg on biscuit? Another time they forgot chicken nuggets - I called the store and asked if they could just refund me, and the girl on the phone acknowledged that she forgot to put the nuggets in the bag. She put on her manager who, despite the girl flat out telling him she forgot to include items in our bag, refused to issue a refund unless we returned to the store. That manager was a condescending male who should not have any position of power over employees, just based on the way he spoke to a customer. (To be clear, I was not yelling, cursing, did not say anything untoward, didn't have an attitude and didn't even raise my voice).
Almost everyone who works here is incompetent, from the managers down to the workers, and they just do not care. There is one kind woman who works the drive through in the morning and takes orders who is fabulous. Everyone else is unapologetically rude and acts put off by you coming to order food here. Even the male manager is extremely rude, condescending, and shouldnt have any public-facing role, period.
A review from about a year ago read, "This place exclusively gives you the wrong food. Exclusively - your food will never, ever be right if you go here. Out of the last 20 times I’ve gone, my food has been wrong probably 17 of them." A year later, this remains spot on.
Y'all, McDonalds isn't cheap anymore. Corporate needs to step in about this place, because this location is absolutely unhinged, even for...
Read moreI’ve held off on writing this review to be fair, but honestly, we’re incredibly frustrated. We decided to have a takeout night, and my 5-year-old chose a Happy Meal. He asked if he could go inside with his dad to pick up the food, and I said yes — because I assumed it would be a simple, safe experience.
When they walked in, there was a family sitting near the entrance eating. My fiancé and son waited to the left of the counter for the food. While waiting, a man at the register began nodding off — clearly under the influence. Shockingly, not a single staff member checked on him, called for help, or asked him to leave. He was allowed to remain in the restaurant, behaving erratically around customers and minors, even going behind the counter, and no one intervened.
He continued moving closer to my son. At that point, I came in and quickly removed him from the situation. My son was confused and thought he did something wrong, so I had to explain that there are just some situations he should never be around — and this was one of them. After we left, the family sitting inside also decided to leave.
The only person who said anything to this man was a DoorDash driver. My fiancé and I tried to express our concerns to the staff, but we were completely ignored. It's baffling that someone clearly posing a risk to both customers and employees was allowed to stay without any action taken.
To make matters worse, my son’s order was incorrect.
Unfortunately, this experience has left us feeling unsafe and unheard. We won’t be returning to this location. From now on, we’ll be using the one near Wegmans and...
Read moreAs other reviews state, this location does not follow sanitation protocol by any means. If you order any item that has to be fried, such as chicken or fries, you can overwhelmingly taste the old fry oil that isn't being replaced. This has been present every time I've gone to this location, but today was horrible enough to leave this review. I ordered a McChicken and as soon as I bit into it, it tasted like rotten fish and made me feel sick immediately. I am absolutely disgusted at the thought that this location's fry oil has been sitting, unreplaced, for who knows how long. It doesn't take much kitchen experience to spot signs of dirty oil being reused for days, and this location ticks off every sign in the book.
I have gone to many McDonald's across the country, and even internationally. We all know it's not rocket science to prepare these dishes as McDonald's is consistent in its taste and quality due to a lot of items being cooked and frozen before arriving to the location, where the staff simply has to fry or heat it. This location is absolutely the worst one I have gone to. The amount of negligence it takes to turn a pre-prepared McChicken patty into the taste of rotting fish is astonishing. I do not even want to know how old that patty that was served to me was. Everything else in my order that wasn't fried (I also ordered a McDouble) tasted fine. Please avoid this location at all costs as reusing fry oil for days (possibly weeks) is extremely unsanitary and a danger to...
