If I could give it no stars I would, I came here the other night an ordered a McChicken with tomato an cheese added. I get home an they must've gave me a McChicken that was sitting there for a few hours an put fresh tomato an cheese on it. So I went back , I know it was only a McChicken but it's the point , I was super hungry after work an had to deal with that, anyways I go back an I asked for a manager (turns out to be the same guy that took my order) I ask him politely if he would mind remaking my McChicken because the one they gave me was old. His response was " No. And you can leave if you don't like it" I had to sit there a second hoping I heard him wrong but when my son said "damn ..no he didn't" I knew I heard him correctly. I honestly was speechless , so I asked if there was a manager besides him an he said No, Now leave. I calmly had to keep it together an left. I went to the other McDonald's on transit near Genesee an explained what happened an the kind woman that was the manager there took care of me an told me they have so many customers come there from this store because of the rude an incompetent...
Read moreIt’s a McDonald’s. Quality wise, you know what you’re getting. Beyond that, I have to say customer service experience at this location is way above average…. And totally appreciated! Not only can they clear a wrapped drive they in no time but they’re polite in interactions; even when there was an oversight in my order- a weird side, other locations aren’t always kind about it… extra pickles on side despite always disclaiming I’ll pay any amount- I drove from window and saw it was missing from bag. Deciding if this was a hill I really wanted to die in, I ended up parking, grabbing a couple dollars cash to just order it again in store without referring to store error, and ran inside. At counter as soon as I said “pickle,” a staff member from drive their RUNS to me with a soufflé cup and is apologizing, the apologies weren’t necessary at all. It was just a brief, yet vital, interaction that sets the tone of the overall CS experience… despite how minor an issue how they reached out to address it was beyond optimistic...
Read moreI used to go to this location all the time because It was on my way to and from work. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two Happy meals and two McChickens. I was given my two happy meals and was told to have a good night. I asked the gentleman who gave me my food if the McChickens were put with the Happy meals. He seemed aggravated that I asked and told me I didn't pay for two McChickens and asked if I wanted to order two. I told him no I ordered them at the drive-thru. He yelled at me that I didn't pay and he would get them my receipt to prove me wrong. The other employees there were staring. He then realized I did pay for them but seemed mad that I even questioned anything and angrily handed my receipt to me. I was trying to be nice about the whole thing because I worked retail for 6 years so I know what it's like. I Just wanted what I paid for I wasn't asking for anything extra or trying to cause an issue. He likely was just having a bad day so I don't want him to get in trouble, but hopefully...
