You basically know what you're getting when you go to a Starbucks, it's no different than any fast food place and anyone who argues that Starbucks isn't fast food I disagree, not that there's anything wrong with it, when it comes to certain things I like to know what I'm getting each an every time.
What makes a Starbucks standout is its staff and management.
This is my favorite area location. From the seating, which drew me in at first when I needed somewhere to go to do work without getting distracted by everything around me but over time I became familiar with the staff and also observed their interactions with others. Even when I would be away for a period I would be immediately remembered and it definitely makes you feel like you matter not just as a customer, but a person. Chris seems like a great manager and the baristas are so polite and friendly. The place is also cleaner than other area locations. I have been to Starbucks where the staff are "snobs", or at least some of them, but I don't agree with the reviews that make that claim here and I think it's a matter of people sometimes having to stop and reflect how they treat people in the service industry...

Mfiance and I were in our 5th Starbucks in 3 days and he was treated with disrespect and ignorance because his mask slipped off his nose while speaking to the 6ft tall ignorant female with long dark hair behind the counter! There was no "sir, I think your mask slipped down, would you mind pulling it up for me?!" It was, "you need to pull your mask up!" Im not sure whats happening to the younger generation who have absolutely no manners or respect, especially in areas of customer service but I want the owner/ proprietor or this Starbucks to know he should probably get his staff in check! Service with kindness, respect and a smile is the ONLY way anyone should ever do buisiness! This staff needs to take a lesson in that! None of you are above anyone in this life or anyone that comes through your doors! If it were up to me I would have put her in her place in front of every single person...
Read moreFlew into Buffalo last month, they were about to close the doors because they were short staffed but ALEXIS RIZZO kindly let us in to wait and get our drinks...while we were sitting there waiting, my wife got up to go to the bathroom not realizing her wallet dropped somewhere. By the time we realized the wallet was gone we were already in Lewiston. My wife called to store frantic and Alexis assured her that they did find the wallet and that they would keep the headset on even if they were closed so we could drive thru and grab it. Alexis went above and beyond and saved our butts cause if we didn't have it that night we would not have been able to check into the hotel and most likely would have had to drive 20+ hours back to Texas. We are moving up there soon and were hoping to make this Starbucks our regular coffee spot because of the amazing customer service we received but until they reinstate ALEXIS I take a stand with her and many other Starbucks employees! MORE PEOPLE SHOULD STAND UP...
