Sugo's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Cheektowaga

i should have heeded all the negative reviews i read but I was craving pizza and they are right around the corner and it was late at night and I hadn't eaten all day. Mistake! I will say that the reviews calling the sauce bland are unfounded as I found it to be very good. However, many other comments are true. I should have just walked out when I entered as the smell of something burnt was pervasive. At home I discovered it was my pie. Again, if I hadn't eaten all day I would taken it back, but decided How bad can it be? It was bad, almost inedible. And I was charged $2.99 for garlic crust which the menu they mailed to me said "FREE OF CHARGE, UPON REQUEST". After the first piece, I scraped the toppings off the crust of the second piece. This was my initial visit to Sugo and will be my last. I should have just driven to my usual pizzeria. Too bad you can't post without giving at...

I ordered from Sugo Pizzeria for the first time today ...ordering a small pizza and single order of wings. When it arrived we started to eat the pizza and right away did not like it, it was over powered by sauce making the pizza extremely sloppy and no flavoring then the wings which I ordered plain should have been to easy to make you would think...well the wings were very greasy as if they were cooked in older grease causing the wings to have a wet texture. so my family and I did not enjoy our food at all was a complete waste of money which is ashame being we dont have many pizzerias around our area so hopefully a good one opens up around here soon! come on La Novas! come on Just pizza come to our area! mister pizza...

Had takout from here. Everything was good but nothing spectacular. The pizza was the biggest letdown. The crust looked to be amazingly crispy but then it was like hollow inside. The wings were very tasty but as someone mentioned, they were tiny not the normal size of Buffalo wings. I had BBQ which were also an additional charge. I would not pay extra for them. The chicken fingers were the best part of the meal. Perfectly crispy and the fries were really good and they gave a lot of them.
