The beers on tap are excellent. Normally there are about 10 drafts available. There are also rotating and seasonal canned beers as well as retail limited editions. Cans are able to be purchased as retail and drafts can be filled into growlers. Pricing is very modest for pints. There is only a minor price break for larger amounts (i.e. four/six packs or growlers). This puts the beer on the higher side of pricing, but for drinks of this quality the price is in line with competitors. The beer quality is excellent. Professionally made and canned. Highly rated by beer connoisseurs such on Beer Advocate or Untappd. The variety offered give everyone something they can drink from easy drinking pilsners and lagers to more intense IPAs or Imperial Stouts. Flights are sold for convenient sampling varieties and their Facebook page is regularly updated with their tap list. There is only snack food available in bags as there is no kitchen. There is also no TV. This is a bares bones old school beer bar in that sense. This causes people to actually talk and it's a welcome change for most pubs that have way too loud music blaring. Service is very good. The crowd is mature...

Now the place itself. It's very welcoming. The owners are very welcoming to outsiders and want you to enjoy their beer. You can try anything without judgement. But I do recommend going for the full selection and doing two flights. Their flights are 5 beers each, and they only have 10 beers so it's worth it.
They craft their beers with care, and they want you to enjoy what they have. They aren't a brewery that was made with macho money like Peekskill, they made themselves into what they have and it's good.
The brewery itself is small, with narrow tables and stools but that adds to it. Makes it feel quaint and homey. The people are SO friendly. I actually look forward to going back as I really felt like I was wanted there with no judgement. I won't go on about each and every beer as every body has their own particular tastes. But know this, it's brewed with care and precision.
If you want good beer with good people I totally recommend as you won't be...
Read moreFirst, let me start by saying that the location is perfect, right off the trail, easy off and easy on. Set up of brewery was fantastic, large doors, rolled up so even if you sit inside it is very open and airflow is great, we chose this option as it enabled us to park our bikes directly next to our table and we didn't have to go through the trouble of locking them up. There is also a fenced in back area with plenty of picnic tables. Next, and most importantly, the beer was phenomenal. I had an easy drinking Belgium ale and hubby had a Belgium quad, we split each one so we could each try them. Both were amazing but the quad was out of this world! Definitely coming back here!
Love trying new varieties. They keep the menu fresh and updated. Tried a new west coast ipa. Was not too hoppy with great flavor and a nice finish! We come here at least once a month when biking and it never...
