Tacos Express — Restaurant in Town of Chester

I ordered delivery from this restaurant and they did not use their own private delivery. Driver s, instead they decided to use doordash. The doordash driver was so incompetent that he called me from the McDonald's parking lot saying he could not find 17M. I live on 17m as well, just outside of town. I said as plainly as I could with precise directions a 4th grader could follow to get this man to deliver my food yet he decided to cancel the order and I never received my food. I first tried to call the restaurant to get a refund and they straight up told me that they would not. They were incredibly rude with me and abrupt and told me that I had to go through doordash to get my money back. I did not ask for doordash to be used and it did not state on their website. As far as I can see that they use doordash for the deliveries. I then called doordash who told me that it's the restaurant that has the responsibility of giving the refunds in this situation. Since I ordered through their website. These people are scam artists so the only way I would say to eat there would be to physically go, but I would be worried about that as well myself since if they are the type of people to scam someone out of $60 worth of tacos, then what would they do behind the closed doors while making our food if we went there? I wish I could give this restaurant zero Stars because that was the worst and most unprofessional experience I've ever had with...

I have been living upstate for about 8 years now and this place has to be hands down the best Mexican food! Marcos the owner is amazing and professional, and the food is the best I have had in Orange County in a long time. From there salads to there tacos to there main dishes you can not go wrong. ( guacamole is a must). The drinks are poured perfectly and the inside has an amazing atmosphere to it. Don’t be discouraged if you can’t find parking cause of the small village of Chester and Main Street espically with rustic wheel house across the road. But that not an issue, there’s a huge parking lot in the back with ample parking. As a real estate agent I’m always living out of my car driving from showings to a Warwick open house stumbled upon this gem and could not have been more thrilled with the food and service. I was greeted promptly, food to go came out incredibly quick. The ingredients are super fresh with thinly cut onions and cilantro topping my taco trio. I tried the aged beef, chorizo and al pastor. Hard to say which was the favorite as they were all excellent and flavorful but the Al pastor oh boy! The flavor, delicately sliced cooked pineapple…. I see why they double up the tortillas! These babies were filled!! Truly can’t wait to wind up here...
