I go to this location all the time and I usually am satisfied with the food and service. Today I placed an order at 10:53 for 4 drinks, then waited in the drive thru line for 20 mins, which I understand, they were busy. I get to the window and remind them again I had a mobile order. The one girl looks for the order, grabs a receipt and then moves it to another spot to which the lady there says, with attitude, "What is this now? It's not even food." Then the other girl turns to me and says says, "Did you order at the Union St location because we didn't get your order here?" I looked at my app and said yes because I did. After parking and checking I realized that I did order at the right location and it was them. So then my husband went inside to ask them for our order since it was actually placed at the right location. There is guy who talks to him and says, "Oh I know what happened, we don't have strawberry right now." So they ignored my order, proceeded to tell me I went to the wrong location and I didn't get any drinks for 40 mins because they couldn't tell me they didn't have strawberry. I understand being busy, I don't understand the lies and pure rudeness to completely ignore an order that I already paid for. What did they think was going to happen? I was going to drive around finding another location that didn't exist? Just so rude. All they had to do was tell me they didn't have strawberry and we would have been on our way. I will stick with other locations...
Read moreOMG! What happened to this store? When they first opened it was the best around! Staff was friendly, courteous, personable, and STILL were able to get the order correct and fast! Today you can be the only one in the store and still wait almost 10 minutes for a donut and beverage, provided they actually have what you ordered. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. After being a loyal customer since their grand opening, I officially won't go back. 10 minutes in the drive thru (with nobody in the store and only one car in front of me) and they not only got EVERY ITEM I ORDERED WRONG, but then didn't even have the right stuff we ordered. When they suggested alternate donut choices to replace the ones we ordered, they came back after 3 more minutes to tell us they didn't have those either. This place is so poorly managed and staffed that I wouldn't be surprised if they lasted in this location less than another year. Do yourself a favor and visit Tim Hortons in the same parking lot. Yeah, they may not be everyone's cup of tea but I'd rather eat yellow snow than come back to this place....

The only 2 workers got out of a car as my wife walked to the doors of the restaurant wreaking like weed. My wife said she was there to pick up the mobile order. One girl tells her we cannot make you anything because we don't have any cups nor do they have coffee made. This store has always been iffy, but today is a whole new level of unprofessionalism on top of poor management. I will do everything I can to have this store closed for good. Dunkin' . I cannot begin to count how many times we have ordered using the app (when it is working at this location) and then have to wait 5 days for a refund because this location is out of whatever is needed to make a drink they advertise they have. I used to think it was the employees that were incompetent. Now I realize it's the owner and management who are at fault. I will be calling BBB, corporate and anyone else willing to listen.
