Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Town of Chili

If you're looking to eat at a Jersey Mike's in the area, this is absolutely the one to go to. I moved up here at the start of the year just as this location was in the process of opening up, and happened to meet the owner of the store, who encouraged me to come back.

I have since returned to this location at least once every week and a half or so- not only because the food is amazing and the location is clean, but because the staff at this location are excellent.

Unfortunately, every time I step into this location, it seems, there's rude customers giving some of the employees a hard time- and I have watched these excellent people handle their service with grace and professionalism while still maintaining a high quality in their delivery.

No one deserves to be treated badly at their job and I wouldn't begrudge anyone for being annoyed after dealing with people like that, but this employees get through it anyways. I can tell how much they care about just making good food and a great experience for everyone who walks in the door, and I suspect the influence of the owner definitely helps.

Overall great experience! Jayden, who seems to be holding down the fort, did a great job managing the work load, interacting with customers, overseeing orders, and lastly moving staff into different positions as volume changed. It was very refreshing to see him making sure the employees outside of himself were comfortable and confident with the quick decisions being made to ensure the best service possible. Staff were nice. Order was correct, but the amount of meat on my "giant" sub looked nothing like the picture and was absolutely nothing like what you get from any of our locally owned delis. I had a coupon and I'm glad of it. This would have been a $20 sub!? I won't be going back.
