(Last visited 10/6/2021.) If you're interested in seeing my video review of this place, head on over to "The Hungry Road" on YouTube and search for "Bar-Bill North".

As a part of my wing tour in Buffalo I was told to check out Bar-Bill which is actually a little outside of Buffalo in a city called Clarence. Here's why I believe Bar-Bill North has the best wings in all of the Buffalo, New York region.

Atmosphere/Appearance: Being as it's October this place was decorated in numerous Halloween themes which was very cool. There is a private parking lot so you don't have to worry about leaving your fly ride on the street somewhere. There are like 4 different sections of the restaurant. Once inside and off to the right you have the bar area. Further to the right is a merchandise section. Off to the left is the main dining room and further back is another dining room section. It was later in the evening so it wasn't very busy or loud.

Service: I can't remember our server's name, but she was so sweet, quick and helpful. She made great recommendations and took excellent care of us!

Food: So I got to try 6 different flavors while I was here. The restaurant offers many more, but my stomach is only so big. Lol. Here goes...

Red, White & Blue: Delicious flavor. The bleu cheese crumbles on top added sharpness that coated my mouth. The wings were tender, just a bit sweet and it had a decently spicy entrance point that quickly diminished.

Spicy Asian: Smelled like a hole-in-the-wall Chinese restaurant (that's a good thing), the spice was immediate and caught me off guard. Lol. There was a great Szechuan flavor as well.

Honey Cajun Butter: The Cajun seasoning on top added the perfect punch. The honey and butter did a sweet + savory dance that worked really well. This wing also came with a a sauce that had a bit of cinnamon sprinkled on top that was a great accompaniment.

Sicilian: This was basically their version of the Garlic Parmesan wing. There were real parmesan cheese shreds right on top that gave a great salty and robust flavor. The garlic was heavy, just everything was grand and even had a mild vinegar flavor.

Cajun Medium: Was great. It's basically their Buffalo sauce with Cajun seasoning for added flavor. Really good.

Hot: These came out a little on the drier side so we asked for extra sauce, which wasn't a problem. This was a great hot sauce that didn't taste traditional. It was different and a bit hard to describe. You have to try it.

Value: 10 wings will run you $15.95 and 20 will run you $31.95. Some flavors will be an upcharge, but you can add Cajun to any sauce for $0.50. They're definitely worth it.

In conclusion, Bar-Bill North will be at the top of my list in Buffalo and worth a visit every time I'm in the area!

Went out for a late lunch early dinner on a Sunday. Bar-Bill North was packed! Hard to find a parking spot in this large lot which has easy access to the resturant. Lobby had about 20 people waiting for a table. Lots of nice seats to sit down while waiting. No waiting for the hostess which was friendly and polite and told us at least 9 tables were ahead of us. If all of your party is not at the resturant you will have to wait until all arrive before you are seated. Hostess asked if we minded a booth and she would seat us while we waited for the rest of our party. I was impressed with the amount of people dining wait time was relatively short about 8 minutes. Server arrived immediately after we were seated and took our drink and appetizer order. Bloody mary was one of the best my husband had. Ellicotville berry beer was ice cold. Jalapeño poppers tasted home made with the right amount of heat. Creme cheese accompanied the poppers soft and creamy. Cheesy garlic bread sticks were marvelous. Between the 4 of us we ordered wings and 2 regular roast beef on kimiwick rolls. Sandwiches cane with chips and pickles hand carved beef and horseradish was served on the side. We ordered the string French fries which were home made and nice and crispy. The wings are the best in Buffalo! Nice and crispy large!! Celery and blue cheese also accompanied the wings. Bar-Bills offers many different flavors to choose from on the menu. We ordered the cajan hot medium honey glaze and garlic. Superb! Thank you Bar-Bills for an extrodaniary dining experience. We can hardly wait to come back! Oh... Thank you to our server so fast on...

My wife and I have always wanted to go to Bar Bill but didn't want to go all the way to East Aurora. Having five kids makes finding a sitter almost impossible. We have always heard arguments that Bar Bill had the best wings in the area. Their new location in Clarence is close enough to home that we were able to finally try for ourselves. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We ordered drinks, mozzarella half moons, and of course wings with waffle fries and shoe string fries. The mozzarella half moons came out instantly and were gone just as fast. They were a great starter to get us ready for the wings. After a short wait, our wings had arrived. My wife carefully picked out all the flats and gave me all the drumsticks.

These are hands down the best wings that we have ever had. We had the cajun medium and the cajun honey butter bbq. The cajun medium, which had a nice little kick but were not overpowered. They were cooked to perfection, a crispy outside without overcooking the chicken. The cajun honey butter bbq stole the night. These wings were not only perfectly cooked but sauced to perfection as well. We learned that they put them on a cooling rack and sauce them individually rather than tossing them in sauce. This keeps them crispy without getting soggy from the steam of the other wings. We can't wait to come back to try the other sauces and we heard the beef on weck is...
