Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Town of Clarkstown

I came here to order food for my family. One part of my order was a deluxe sandwich no tomatoes, no pickles, just cheese for my nephew. Once I drove off with my order I noticed the sandwich had no cheese (I paid for it so why not go back and say something). Once I went back the first girls were nice one was the manager and we explained the situation. She told us to drive around and that they would fix it and give us a new sandwich. I will mention I tried to give my nephew the sandwich with no cheese he took a bite and immediately rejected it so only a bite was taken. At the window we tried to explain what happened and they said they had to check all bags and stickers. They made this a big problem and continuously kept asking for a receipt. Since we ordered this online we showed the online receipt and they still put up a problem. Eventually I assume who was the owner came over and spoke to us like we were stupid saying “so this is a sandwich with cheese” “a deluxe with cheese” “just a sandwich with cheese” and said the sandwich looked “different” from what we ordered even though that’s what THEY gave us not even 5 minutes before and she even took a picture of the receipt to “show the kitchen”. She took the sandwich back and gave us a new one after so much push back. Needless to say this whole interaction was over a piece of cheese. I would’ve paid 50 cents but the manager told us they would fix it. They didn’t. And to make it all better the new sandwich was cold. With that whole fight we just left. They handled this so poorly over something so small. Never...

The people are nice and the food was great the first day I had it. I eat chick fil a a lot as I travel for work in nj. This place went from great to bottom of the barrel fast. Today was the last straw. I have diverticulitis so there are certain things I can not eat so I always pick carcarefully. Today I asked as always to not put pepper jack on the spicy sandwich and trade it for coby jack. They said ok and charged me. Then at the confirmation person they repeated it and said pepper jack and coby jack which I told them I can not have pepperjack it would be bad for me. They offered to change it "refund my purchase" and re ring up the meal that was pennies cheaper because the cheese was subed not added. They then ring me up a second time and still got the order wrong. Not until half way through and realizing it was to spicy to be Colby jack did I notice they gsve me the original sandwich with both cheese on it. I don't eat peppers because they can put me in the hospital yet these people can't even correct a mistake without charging you 2x for it and still making the mistake. Ordered 12 piece nuggets meal, Chicken sandwich deluxe meal, and a couple of large mac and cheese. Drive through lanes were packed as can be expected and interior line was initially long but went fast and efficiently. Food was great and of a better quality than most fast food places. My youngest loved just how drag the waffle fries were. Server forgot to include the requested sauces but immediately a staff member was present and asked us if something was wrong. Remedied the situation lightening fast. This establishment is new and I’m sure there are some growing pains but despite the small issue with the sauces, I would highly recommend. A fast food chain that emphasizes quality ingredients at reasonable prices was long over due in Rockland County. Best of all, you could see the proprietor, Mrs. Kim in the back working right along her employees. There is no better way than to lead by example. Hopefully this establishment will be a success.
