Golden Dragon — Restaurant in Town of Clarkstown

This place deserves no stars. I am only leaving a review in hopes others read my review before wasting there time to avoid dissatisfaction and disrespect. Me and my family will NEVER eat here again! Not only is there customer service Horrible but my fieance use to work here and they don't treat there employees with respect ether. Everything he says about the owner, the guy who awnsers the phone and the entire establishment is true. The food isn't made properly which is a health issue (meat not being cooked all the way) also the ammount of oil. They are rude to customers on the phone when there orders is wrong talks down to them when the food is not meet to standard. Which in every proper food industry (restaurant)"The Customer Is Always Right" guess they just don't care. This place is so sad I can't even say its a joke. I'm surprised that I haven't left a review. The first time I ordered my food there was a mixup and I found myself waiting for 40 minutes in person for chinese food. I was frustrated. But then I ate the food and it was worth the wait.

I have been searching far and wide (in Rockland) for a place that could fry tofu in the correct way and has a sauce that is multi dimensional. I tried the same dish, general tsos tofu, at 10-12 other places in the area. Golden Dragon is the best.

If you have a sauce that adds flavor into something tasteless like tofu your sauce probably works wonders for meat/chicken dishes.

I have caught a bit of the behind the counter family drama a couple of times but the mother can make a great dish. I love her. I don't mind any of the drama. I just get my food, leave and return...

This Chinese food place is close to where I work so I come here for something to eat after work.

First time I came here the “cold drinks” were hot and I had to notify the staff that the cooler was off. “No biggie I thought. Mistakes happen.” I ordered the cold noodles that time and it was good.

Second time I came I ordered the beef fried rice. Fried rice was fine but I’m 99.9% sure the beef was undercooked. I attempted to ask the management about it but they insisted the beef is always like this and it is cooked.

Needless to say my tastebuds and palette were not having it so I’m posting the food here for everyone to see what I’m talking about.
