David's Bagels west nyack & Healthy Eatery — Restaurant in Town of Clarkstown

My treatment at your place of business yesterday morning was terrible. This was my 4th time coming here. I even have your loyalty card so I consider myself to be a regular customer. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches with meat, egg, and cheese on a roll. I went to the cashier and she put my order into the register. It showed up as $14.45 and I used my debit card to pay for it. After it processed the order it was showing that I owed an additional $7. I looked at the register and it indicated I had ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches.I explained to the cashier that I only ordered two sandwiches and I was being overcharged. She said it’s fine and had me stand to the side to wait for my order. After my order comes out I go to get it and the same cashier proceeds to tell her two fellow workers that I owe $7. They literally held my two breakfast sandwiches behind the register. And the other two workers tell me I owe $7. I tell them that I only ordered two breakfast sandwiches and not 3. Finally the male worker looks at the register and says it’s fine never mind. I ask him what happened and he says that the cashier made a mistake and charged me for 3 sandwiches instead of two. No one apologized they just gave me my bag of food and I left. I was so embarrassed by this situation and was made a spectacle in your establishment in front of several other customers. I was accused of not paying for an item I didn’t order. The cashier had limited English but if that’s the case she shouldn’t be on the register. I don’t plan on ever giving business to you again. Your workers on the cashier need more training and need to listen more to your customers. This was embarrassing and disappointing. Your workers should be trained on appropriate...

Unbelievable service and delicious food. I forgot they were just the next town over and called Bagel boys first. Terrible service, contradictory information and condescending on the phone. I spoke to various people about delivery, they have delivered to Nyack in the past but all of a sudden it was just catering orders. The lady then says it has to be over $20. Obviously I'm not going to make them bring food for $10 worth. Then another takes the phone and says there is no one here but she will call her boss and call me back. No call.They are not even in delivery services. So I searched for bagel places and David's bagels is on UberEATS as well as they deliver. The guy was amazing. He sent me pictures of baked salmon so I don't waste my money on something I don't like. I was so surprised. I ordered bagels, cream cheese, salmon and he threw in red onion. All this and under $25. And the baked salmon is not as salty as bagel boys. I will never be ordering from them ever again. David's bagels is literally up the street, better service and half the price. Plus I have perks for next orders. Sorry this was a comparison review. They are just wonderful and I have had repeat bad experiences...

Atmosphere : A+++ Clean and Comfortable All the bagels , spreads, pastries , etc were displayed very well.

Food :A+++ Love the bagels ! There are many different types . They also have lots of different and delicious spreads ! They offer so so many ., Will definitely try them another time .

Drinks :A+++ They offer many types of drinks . Today I had an iced coffee with almond milk .

Staff : A +++Was helped by the entire staff here . They were very friendly ! Met the owner . He is awesome ! Could see that he is also really hardworking. Was helped by servers , Luisa and Alejandra It took a lot of time to think of what to order because there was so many choices but they were very patient with us . Can’t wait to come...
