Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Clarkstown

My experience at Dunkin' Donuts was my first time at this particular location, and I must say it was quite a unique one. The place seemed to be in an inconvenient spot, situated on a busy street, making it challenging to access. As I approached, I noticed that the drive-thru lane was packed, extending all the way to the entrance of the street. However, despite the initial concern, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the line; it kept moving smoothly, and more people quickly filled in behind me.

When it was finally my turn to order, I requested a large hot black coffee and a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. The employee attending to the drive-thru window was exceptionally quick in taking my order, which helped move the line along efficiently. I was impressed by how swiftly he managed to handle each customer despite the overwhelming rush.

Upon pulling up to the window to pay, the same gentleman took my payment and, to my astonishment, immediately handed me my food and coffee. The speed of service was unparalleled in my experience at any other fast-food establishment. Despite the bustling atmosphere and the constant stream of customers, I received my order in record time.

Overall, I left Dunkin' Donuts feeling highly satisfied with my visit. The quick and attentive service, even during peak hours, was commendable. Despite the location's initial inconvenience, the efficiency of the staff made up for it. My hot black coffee was rich and flavorful, and the bacon egg and cheese croissant were freshly made and delicious.

Really Dunkin The wax paper still in the sandwich smh. First off I went in there I wanted an everything bagel it seems like this particular dunkin always runs out of everything bagels no big deal so I settled for the sweet pepper bacon sandwich just for it to still have the wax paper in it. Im honestly tired of this dunkin whenever I go there in the morning before work the service is terrible if I decide to walk in instead of going to the drive thru they can at least greet me and simply say one second instead they will all stare at you while all 8 of them focus on the drive thru. I honestly have about ten bad experiences there but never decided to write a review. The absolutely worst Dunkin’ Donuts drive thru. Be careful on ordering a latte. They will give you a latte that taste like pure milk and sugar and also tell you that, that’s how a latte is made and there’s nothing they can do about it. They will make you order another shot of espresso because they refuse to educate themself on how to make a proper latte. That means checking to make sure the espresso machine is working and extracting enough dark espresso not watered down espresso. The young girl there with the braces is also very nasty. It makes absolutely no sense as to why she thinks it’s okay to force people to drink something they aren’t satisfied with. They also gave me frozen egg white bites....
