So disappointed considering how I've been ordering from this resteraunt for awhile now. I placed an order today and my order came incorrect ( I ordered a chicken parm roll, they brought me a hero ) I wasn't going to call at first, but then i realized I was charged more for their mistake. When I got on the phone with the guy (he said his name is Frank but I feel like he was lying about that) he exclaimed to me that i was wrong, and kept cutting me off and talking over me. How unprofessional and rude! He offered to send me a new order but after the way he was speaking to me, I felt as if he would've done something to it. I explained to him that I just wanted a refund, and didnt want anything else because I was so disgusted with this restaurant and the way they were handling this situation with a loyal customer, and he kept telling me no no no and the only way is if I come in and bring him the sandwich since "it's my mistake" Never have i ever have had such a complicated, back and forth conversation with someone over a mistake they made to refund me! Any other restaurant I've ever had any inconveniences with always corrected the mistake with no problems, but Ray's just wants to make sure they can save a buck at the end of the day, even if it means their customers get treated like dirt. I am beyond disgusted, enraged, and appalled by the way I was treated at this restaurant! I will never come back! Nice way to treat customers who are feeding your pockets. BTW does anybody know who the owner of this place is!? They were very hesitant on giving me the name and number to complain, since you cant get anywhere with the people working...
Ā Ā Ā Read more0 starts After 30 mins of placing my order on Uber, I called the shop to ask the status of my order since it wasn't updating on the app. Guy on the phone said my order had already left the store. Another 20 mins passed and nothing. I call the shop again and guy says my order actually hasn't been picked up yet and its been sitting out waiting for a driver ... š³ i try to ask him if he had a driver that could deliver my food since store was closing soon and i have no vehicle hence me placing an order thru uber, i would even pay extra tip. He refused to help and rather lose out on money , a customer, and food. I asked the guy for his name he said "why do you care" and "you don't need to know my name, i asked if he was the manager he said yes. Professionalism doesn't exist in this establishment, and I will never order from here again. I work in the Food Industry, been a restaurant manager and thats just not the way to talk to customers or do business in general. Don't order from here , take your business to people who appreciate...

Not sure how this place is still in business. I checked out their menu online and it clearly says "Sunday special large pie for $10.50 pick up only." I placed the order for pick up and when I got there, they charged me $14.50 plus tax and when I questioned the charge and showed him the posted menu special online, he said I had to print a coupon. There was no coupon to print. There was a coupon right on their printed menu next to the register so I wanted to use that and he said that I can use it next time. To add to that, the pizza was small and tasted horrible. Not even my daughter wanted to eat it after tasting it. How can you screw up pizza? Will never order here again. Poor quality and poor...
