Subway — Restaurant in Town of Cobleskill

I announced I had a coupon. They totalled the price and I said that isn't correct. The coupon was "buy one 6" sub, get one free". They only deducted the cost of the soda. They redid the amount and this time gave half off the 2nd sub price, and expected payment. Again, I said the price was incorrect. I was told that was the most they could reduce it. Then the other available worker confirmed that was all they could offer. The coupon had the specific address of this Subway on it. I might have been fine with the answer if they were upfront and not attempted twice to extract payment without explaining their inability to process my coupon. It was a "take it or leave it decision". The annoyance had me feeling less hungry for the excellent sub they prepared. Leave it, was my decision. Subway needs to train their people how this situation should be handled and not expect customers to purchase at an unexpected price, without explaination. If Subway is unwilling to accept offers from the Entertainment coupons, then they should...

Best Service!! Food was Great!

I went for dinner last night and wanted Subway. The place was decorated and looked nice and festive.

The workers were super friendly. Keegan greeted me enthusiasticly when I walked in! They were dressed up in costume, it was fun, loved that! The girl that made my sub, Anthea (cute name!) did an awesome job! I've never had a better service at any subway!

I got a Chicken Teriyaki sub on garlic herb bread toasted with provolone and loaded with veggies and sweet onion sauce. It was delicious! I always get the same thing at any Subway, and this one was by far the best!! Thank you, Anthea!
