The items I bought from the store are in great condition I have to say, which has nothing to do with the owner. However, for people trying to jump start there credit, or trying to get something closer to home, these people completely misguide you in how their program works. If you do not read the fine print, whatever you end up putting on credit there, if it is not paid off within 90 days, it is charged about a 1,000 "rental fee" on top of your item. Meanwhile, I have NEVER missed a payment and the item I bought was an 800$ couch. So your "rental fee" will most definitely be more than your item, if not double. And, of course, why would anyone working there actually mention something like that? Because then they wouldn't be selling half the amount of items they are if people knew this. The "rental fee" depending on the item, is usually 3 times the amount of your item. Your much better going through Taft, or Huck Finns for any kind of furniture. Their furniture is just as good, huck finns if not better, and the people that help you are actually 100% honest, not 65%. I've also received help from other furniture stores when I needed it, with no problem at all. This owner does not take responsibility for anything she does/sells.

I purchased this couch, AFTER I bought my first item from this place which I did buy outright with cash. When I made my second purchase I was with my father who is a Vietnam vet and he asked her numerous questions about my purchase, all misguided/lied about. I also was with my mother and fiancé and nothing was ever mentioned, so I guess instead of being an adult about the situation she has to lie. The owner will say whatever she can to sell you the product and take no responsibility afterwards. If this was discussed at the time of purchase she would have lost a sale and I would have been going to Huck Finns. Sorry but this...

I bought a table with 4 chairs over two months. After being told we would get the table and chairs in three weeks, the tables the only item that came in. We had to wait another 2 1/2 weeks for the chairs to come in. When we got the call that our chairs were in, we went to pick up the chairs, they only had two of our chairs. We were told they “left the other chairs on the truck.” We know have to wait another 3 weeks for our chairs to come in. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. They seem to not really know what they are doing. I wish we never bought from this place. No one should go there....

I’m so glad I went to see Lynnette when I needed new mattresses in 2 of my bedrooms. The selection and service were great and I’ve been very pleased with both sets. I’ve returned to purchase two different queen sized bed frames with headboards and one has an attached bench which my daughter loves. Lynnette also helped me find a new couch and matching chair for in front of my fireplace, can’t wait to light a fire and read a book. The affordable pricing has enabled me to update so many pieces..
