Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Town of Cobleskill

Love all the products Tractor Supply carries for our small farm. The store itself is generally clean but appears to be short-staffed. Often times all the men are working in the warehouse and the only one on the floor is the cashier, who is usually a woman. It's very difficult for her to say hi to everybody that comes in, while running the register, and trying to answer questions for other customers in the store. The ladies room at the Cobleskill Tractor Supply is disgusting, doesn't feel safe either as it is at the back of the store and there are all sorts of ceiling panels missing (see photos). It’s absolutely sad that tractor supply hires people and does not train them correctly. The cashier ( not his fault) did not know how to do a return properly. Then hires rude associates because if she is anymore than an associate I would like to know what hiring team they have. Jamye should be fired. That’s not how you speak to a customer and I can clearly add and subtract correctly. Oh sorry you used your coupon before can’t re add it to the purchase it voids it call customer service, maam it’s my points that I spend $1000 of dollars weekly in this place to get. Well where to begin at Tractor Supply there is not enough help in the store , and when there is someone they don't ask if you need help with anything or there're standing around looking on there phone, we went to pick up item and it was covered in grease the employee didn't even offer anything to wipe it off, plus the baby chickens, ducks , didn't really have any food nor water there was a little chicken between the glass so I picked it up and put it back and another is there little bottoms were covered in poop they need to clean them off so they can go to the bathroom it smells .
