I have been going to Dunkin for years now, and I get frozen drinks all the time when I go. I have gone to plenty of different Dunkin Donuts, including this one, and I have never been charged for whip cream on a frozen drink that comes with it, up until today. From experience, I typically have to say “no whip cream” if I don’t want it, because it comes on the frozen drinks. Or I usually am asked “would you like that with or without whipped cream”. Once I mentioned them being with whip cream, he put extra charges on there. I asked the guy why I was being charged for whip cream on a drink that I’m already paying for that comes with it, and he said “other Dunkin’s do it they want us to start too.” “It’s their rules.” “You can complain if you want.” Oh, and I will starting with this review, cause let’s be honest, you didn’t want to actually do your job and you were being lazy. There was no one there/ordering prior to me arriving and because a customer actually pulled up to the drive through to make an order, and the order included frozen drinks, you felt the need to disrespectfully charge me more for drinks I’m already paying $4-$5 for. On the receipt next to the added charge, it does not say whipped cream, it says “For local item”, but then again, on the same receipt, there is no charge next to the “whipped cream” additive? Because it comes with it. And I typically don’t complain about charges that seem so minimal, but when I am already paying for it, and you’re playing in my face about it, yes, I am going to “complain”. Cause since when? lol. I guess some people can’t even handle taking orders. I get you might not wanna be there, but that’s really not my, or any other customers, problem. We still have to pay for what we’re ordering whether you want to be...
Read moreTheir customer service had gone way downhill! My last 2 visits were awful! We asked for the french vanilla iced coffee that doesn’t have any sugar in it and then tried to elaborate to make sure he understood unsweetened. The guy working there with glasses wouldn’t let us finish, he impatiently interrupted us and said “yeah I know”. We also said just a little bit of cream. When we got to the window we were given the sweetened one and it was very light (more cream than even regular). Then the man proceeded to tell us that we need to learn how to order! Our next visit a few weeks later the man again took our order but the blonde lady was at the window. As soon as we drove up she was very rude and short (perhaps the guy recognized us from our previous trip...?). The coffee this time was unsweetened but was again extremely light. We had to have her dump out half of it and fill it up the rest of the way with coffee to make it right. And she dumped out all the ice so it was warm and no longer “iced” coffee. This location is more convenient for me because it’s on the side of the street in the direction of work, but I won’t go back. There is another Dunkin’ a mile down the road on the opposite side with employees who actually understand simple directions and know how to treat...
Read moreStopped here for my uncle who is elderly and ill and cannot get out. He loves the cream filled donuts, which he is always happy with. This visit, however, was less than the norm. First off, the parking lot, sidewalk and entry were nothing but ice and not at all treated or cleaned. There were icecicles falling off the front Iberian on to you when you enter and exit. Second, my order was not correct. I ordered espresso and got a latte. My husband ordered black with sugar, which the sticker on the cup says, he got cream. I tried the Almond Paste filled Croissant. It has only an essence of almond. I've often had almond tarts and turnovers made with almond paste, so I know the taste and texture. These croissants just didn't contain more than one small drop in each and were overbaked. It's sad when you get to your destination and more than 50% of your order in incorrect or disappointing. Will not use this...
