Me and Pat got burger king in springville last nite and I wanted to share my experience. For my meal, I had three of there classic sandwiches. I had the spicy chicken sandwich (chicken was real and cooked very well, crispy and hot out of the fryer unlike some chicken you might get from other places, don't wanna say names but maybe that one that starts with an M?) the double cheeseburger (perfectly cooked delectable all beef patties dressed with ketchup mustard and pickles and two ooey gooey melted pieces of all american cheese--yessee sir!) and the whopper jr with cheese (this sandwich is a house staple, fresh veggies and all beef patty cooked to perfection dressed with classic mayonnaise and ketchup, and another delectable peace of all american cheese on top ((for an extra 30 cents of course, which isn't a rip off and is worth it in my opinion))). All in all it was the perfect meal and I did not mind waiting a little bit extra (six minutes or so) for the lady to bring out those oh so delicious and extra special chicken sandwiches as they were hot out of the fryer ready to be eaten (she could've apologize for the wait when she brought them out but oh well, you can't win them all). Top it off with a Gatorade from quik fil and a quick snack of blazin buffalo doritos before my meal and I guess you could say I was in heaven at the springville burger king, where I was reminded yet again that...
Read moreCompletely the slowest Burger King in the history of Burger King, the stalls in the ladies restroom was flooded and when I said something I had 3 guys stand there and look at me like I was speaking alien to them. I ordered a #7 and I'm thinking that because I ordered it special and I ordered it with onion rings it threw them off because it literally to 20 min to get my food then they forgot my cup and when I had finally gotten the attention of anyone (I distracted their gossip session) and had finally gotten my cup and went to fill it and the only thing that came out was the seltzer water that took another 15 min so when I finally got to the point I could eat EVERYTHING WAS COLD, SOGGY, & AND OLD... NEWS FLASH: that is the reason I get my food special so I'm guaranteed a fresh meal....... Guess that didn't matter...
Read moreI've been to the Springville location many times in the past, and other than the occasional minor order mess up which happens frequently, it's never really been a bad experience. The usual order mistakes are they forget the cheese, or it's the wrong size fries, something like that. Nothing major. Today, after an almost 10 minute wait with two cars in front of me, I ordered the sourdough King meal, and got sourdough hamburger. No bacon on the Burger, and the sourdough bread was not toasted at all. It wasn't even remotely close to being the rights Burger. I don't know what happened, and if I wasn't already running late and 10 minutes down the road I would have went back. Very very disappointed in the quality of service...
