Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Fishkill

Horrifying customer service! I walked in to pick up my order. There were 2 employees behind the counter. I saw one was busy cleaning the counters, so i gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited patiently. However, after 5 minutes or so, I finally called out kindly to them and said i was here to pick up my order. The girl looked extremely annoyed and asked if i can give her 2 minutes. I said that was fine. Her attitude was behind horrifying and just plain nasty. Its one thing if they were busy and at least acknowledged me when i walked in the store and asked me to wait. However, they didn't say a word to me until i asked for my order. As i was walking out of the store, she made a comment to her coworker about my "ashy legs". ( I must admit, I probably forgot to use lotion that day =] ) Just wow lol. " Yo, That NI*S got some ashy legs" were her exact words". Bro inside didn’t speak a lick of English and did not cut the pizza at all, it was completely ruined, were from out of town so it’s not like we can just run home and use our own pizza cutter, this completely ruined our dinner and we’re out 20 dollars. I called demanding a refund and he pretended like he couldn’t understand what I was saying using very broken English and when I asked him for his name so I could speak to his manager and give the manager his name he kept repeating what I said instead of answering my question. This is the worst Domino's location I have ever ordered from. Last week we ordered a delivery sometime around 9pm, the app said the pizza was ready about 20 min later. We called and waiter more than 10 min on the phone each time until it disconnected. At 12am the store closed and we never received our order. Somewhere around 12:40am we head the door and its the delivery guy from Domino's. Needless to say we didn't accept the order. Then we received an apology letter and 2 coupons for pizza. We decided to try again today at 6:45 pm. its is now 9:20 pm and we have NOT received our order. The service over the phone is disgusting, the online orders never show and the wait is ridiculous. Next time you wanna send us an apology and "coupons" via mail just save yourselves the trouble and the paper. If I could give zero...
