Went Saturday afternoon (May 25, 2024) at approximately 5:30 p.m. Was told by frontend manager to use Kiosk. I told her I wanted to order something different than what was standard online and if she could please help me order. She told me she would not take my order manually because she was too busy. I was SHOCKED by her response. She acted unprofessionally and unsatisfactorily. She could have spent less than a minute to help me place my order using the Kiosk or just enter it into the cash register. I was so mad I stormed out. She should not be a manager or even act as an ambassador for Taco Ball. She sets a poor example of quality standards and customer service skills. She was out of line and did not act responsibly, maturely and professionally. She obviously cannot handle more than one task at a time. I have never ever in my entire time going to Taco Bells encountered such rude and inconsiderate behavior from an employee, let alone a manager. I will NEVER EVER go to the TACO BELL in Fishkill ever again because of that manager who was on duty on that day and time. She should be fired for her lack of customer service skills and rude behavior. She obviously cannot handle her job or communicating...
Read moreGot here right at 7am and doors are locked Friday morning. Manager opened ten minutes past...but not the biggest deal, okay I'm 10min late now to work but I'll shake it off. Walked in, first thing noticed....it smelt like a bathroom. Literally the smell of urine was evident or who ever mopped last night used old water and left an awfully smell. Now I'm waiting in line writing this review and have yet been helped....I'm the only one here. Registers are not open the manager is off in the back getting everything turned on and ready.....it's now 0713 my food is ordered and suprisingly enough that turned this review from 2 stars to 3 is the customer service! The women here this morning was very polite, approachable, and easy to talk with. And you think, first impressions are everything. Even though your store looks and smells bad - You made up for it in your service. I won't be coming inside here any more but I will be using the drive that's for sure. 0720 I was out the door. Read moreI went to Taco Bell to place an order because their online was not working I would prefer to always use the app or online but therefore I went to the drive up I told him I order I ordered a my cravings box which they would not give me because they said that’s only an online item which I explained I would’ve ordered it online but it was down. The manager came and said that there was nothing that she can do she cannot offer that to me because it Hass to be done online. I am frequent to Taco Bell so this kind of treatment to customers is disgusting and I plan on not coming back so I hope the franchise in the store including the manager around 3 PM today is happy with herself!I plan on telling everybody about the miss treatment and how you guys blame us for not being able to get a price that is online if we cannot access it because you guys change companies with an app or with online which has nothing to do with the customer.The manager needs customer service training...
