This location, 35 Spencerport road Is absolute garbage. I use the mobile app often when getting McDonald’s as typically with other Mcdonalds It Is the easiest and quickest In and out transaction. This Is not the first time Ive had issues with this specific Mcdonalds but is the first time I complain. I ordered food around 10:15 after finishing my sons soccer, I go to this place and check In at the curbside spot at 10:24am. 10:35 I try to call them nothing, they pickup and hangup multiple times. You try to get In, you cant. They lock the doors and keep them locked practically all day long while advertising they are open. I go through the drive thru to tell them at 10:53am that I have been waiting at curbside for 30mins(the drive thru being real busy and wasting even more time when I should have been out 25mins ago) they dont care at all, they tell me “just come to the second window” I say Is anyone working curbside? Why am I waiting over 30mins for a mobile order. They ignore me, go up to window the person tells me the wrong order I say no but do you guys have anyone working curbside? I been waiting over a half hours, ignores me and closes the window. I go to get me food(been 45 minutes for a mobile order I placed by this point) she tries giving me an order that isnt mine. I say no thats not mine Im the mobile order I have been waiting over a half hour for someone and I had to wait another 10-15mins in drive thru. She pulls out the coldest crustiest food Ive ever seen In my life probably because I was supposed to get It an hour ago by the time I had to go through to get my food because none of them are working. By the way, no sorry about the wait, no explanation on why I was waiting so long for “fastfood” through the mobile app which is not supposed to take more than a few min let alone 45. I complained to corporate about all this stuff as I doubt picking up and hanging up the phone and locking the doors throughout business hours is accepted. Also doubt they appreciate how trash the service is here. Ignoring someone thats been forced to wait over 45mins from getting there to actually getting the food? Then corporate tells me they let whoever the clown running the circus Is over there know about this experience. Not a response yet, absolutely disgusting and I know the stuff I explain above Is breaking all kinds of policy/protocol. You run a Mcdonals and you can barely keep the places review above 3 stars. Its a Mcdonalds. Read moreI don't usually listen to these review things because I feel like it's always an isolated incident when someone goes back and posts negatively online. However this time, listen to the reviews. I've been to this particular location several times now and the food is always dry and cold. The staff at the drive thru look at you like you have some kind of disease when you try to ask for ketchup before they try to slam the window closed. I always try to find the silver lining but here-there isn't one. I asked for the two cheeseburger meal, a plain hamburger (for my dog) and a buffalo mcchicken. The cheeseburgers were so dried out you couldn't take the top bun off without the center sticking. The hamburger was not plain, was marked plain, but definitely coated in condiments and onions (which tasted extremely off-like they were half rotting). My fries were cold rubber- hardly deep fried at all. Oh and my buffalo mcchicken. Fairly certain all they did was open up a regular old mcchicken and dumped some buffalo sauce and ranch over the top of the mayo. Disgusting! Also chicken had hard chewy pieces inside it, and the bread was stale.
Every single piece of my lunch, I spit out and I threw out. Literally made My stomach churn. And this is now maybe the third time I've had this type of experience.
I could have gone in and complained but I don't have the time or effort and people should get it right the first time. I'm not giving you another chance to try and poison me. I tried now like three different times and always the same quality of food and work ethic.
So my point is- this isn't isolated. They just don't care. Take my and everyone else's warnings. Take the extra five minutes and drive to the one...
Read moreAbsolutely atrocious even for McDonald's standards. I've been here 3 times in the past week, and the first two times my food took almost an hour to get. The staff was mostly rude and yelling at customers and shouting cuss words at and around them. The third time I sat in the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me for 13 minutes before ultimately driving away and going to a different location. While driving around, there was 1 car at the window, so I'm not sure what the wait was about. The food is always terrible, and I mean always. Every bagel is hard and stale. The steak is always super chewy and overcooked. The hash browns are literally always dark brown and burnt, which means they don't change their fryer oil often. Every burger I order is cold, and the buns are usually stale. Fries are always cold, never fresh. Also, they put a medium fry in a large container its barely half full for $5. They never, and I mean NEVER, remember the sauces in chicken nugget meals or happy meals. It's actually a running joke at this point. If you go inside to eat more than half the tables are dirty and have food/sauces from previous guests. The self serve kiosks inside are all always out of service and if you try to order in line they ignore you for 5 minutes take your order then ignore you for another half hour until you finally get your cold stale food. This location is terrible, and I highly recommend driving an extra 5-10 minutes to literally any other location. It's less time than you'd spend waiting in the drive...
