Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Town of Geneseo

This Taco Bell is terrible. It seems to be run by high school students, as I have yet to see a manager. Every time we go they mess up our order. The tacos have barely anything on them, minimal at its worst. Tonight the chicken soft taco had literally 5 pieces of chicken on it. In the few times we've been here (I'm guilty of giving it a couple chances) I have seen workers chasing each other around the kitchen laughing, a cashier stick her bare hand in someone's drink, a cook take my money with gloves on and return to make food, tacos with no meat, and sounds of laughter and horseplay from the kitchen. This would explain the diarrhea my family got after eating here. Where is the manager? Where is the owner? Where is the adult? There are serious quality control and food safety issues happening here and it's because of a lack of supervision. Needless to say we will not return to this location. Hopefully, OSHA and the Health Department will visit real soon and help them clean up their act before someone else gets...

I'm a door dasher, I came to taco bell in geneseo ny yesterday and was treated with the worst service from the manager. I was told that door dashers get their food last. I waited for a half hour and they would not make the order for my customer. Then I let them know that I was reporting this behavior. And the manager threw the bag of food at me. My customer, paid in advance, had a little child at home, waiting for her lunch, and should be treated with more respect, than what that manager gave her. I was apauled and saddened to think , THIS IS THE WORLD WR LIVE IN. this manager should be setting an example not only to her customers, but her employees. Will not return to this location. Three times in a row they got our order wrong. Taco Bell claims to be vegetarian friendly. This Taco Bell does not seem to understand their vegetarian options. Everytime I've told them to sub in black beans for the meat in my orders and they either still put the meat in or give me pinto beans which has bacon in it. I always tell them I am vegetarian to make sure they understand not to put anything with meat in it but they just don't seem to get it. But vegetarian aside they screw up orders constantly, they messed up my husband's order as well. I've been to other taco Bells and they have gotten it right, it's just this location.
