We also had a delicious burrata appetizer and saw a number of other things on the menu we are looking forward to having. The Carmella’s/SAP team has done it again creating a wonderful dining option. Tony, our waiter, was very attentive as well.

Via has THE BEST pizza I’ve ever experienced, ever! Treat yourself to super creative blends of herbs, spices, cheese, etc. Don’t pass up the salads….they are outrageously delicious! You’ll be wanting to go back often! Their cookies are also out of this world…gluten free shortbread cookies are amazing!

My wife and I have friends in the Appleton area that told us about Via. We decided to drive up from Janesville and try it out. OMG it was definitely worth the trip. The pizza is fantastic some of the best authentic Neapolitan pizza I have ever tasted. Incredible flavor profile and speedy service and atmosphere. Definitely highly recommend!! One cool thing I found out was everything is locally sourced. We.definitely will be back...

We ordered Via Pizza for pickup and were honestly so impressed. The pizza has that perfect balance, super flavorful sauce, and really generous toppings. You can tell everything is fresh. We also appreciated how fast and friendly the service was — our order was ready right on time!
