I want to start with the food, which I really liked! marinades were great, grills worked well, and the meats generally were great. they had gochujang and a great spread of pickled veggies and condiments. Our problem was ordering - they had one incomplete laminated menu and recommended the QR code - OK, I'm not 40 so I don't get furious instantly at the mention of QR code menus, but it was also QR code ordering. we asked if we should all use our own phones or if we should all use one phone and they said "each use your phone" so we did that, and that clearly caused a catastrophe. They failed to bring about 70% of what we ordered in the app so we would just start asking waitstaff for things they missed but it was still frustrating for our group of 5 to almost always be missing something. The cold noodle order we placed initially had to be requested 3 times and was finally delivered an hour after we first ordered. I ordered 8 ribeye pieces (they come in 1.5in squares) 4 times and each time I was brought 2 squares and ignored when I requested more. This was particularly frustrating and if there are limits this was not explained. It was all very good tasting but for the price it should not be that annoying an experience. they were clearly understaffed and rushing and panicked and before seating us in an empty area we waited 20 minutes with absolutely no contact with any staff, who ignored us when we waved at them as they walked by. I get being busy, but you need a host to at least give people an estimate on the wait time, and we spent almost 2 hours there because we waited SO long in between each delivery of meat and veggies, and honestly probably ate more than we would have otherwise, going that slowly. So if i had recommendations for the owners, it'd be that - hire a host IMMEDIATELY. this second. Assign a waiter. shut off doordash or whatever delivery thing is and focus on the dining experience, let people know they can skip the app and offer complete menus to each table, and honestly if it was me, see if you can chargeback or refund the licensing cost on the terrible, terrible ordering app and use that cash to hire a few more waitstaff. I've attached an image of the QR code at the tables if anyone would like to review the menu.

Best Korean BBQ arguably in the Midwest! I’ve eaten at Korean BBQ in Chicago (Ryuu’s Asian BBQ), Milwaukee (Bawi), Minnesota (Hoban Korean BBQ), Molo (Appleton). The menu isn’t the biggest at 592, but that’s what makes it special. They have prepared meats which I can tell are fresh, not frozen. Service was phenomenal. Manners were on point, we were always asked if we wanted to order anything else, trays were always picked up at the end of our table without even asking, only had to ask for a refill on water once. If you’ve never eaten Korean BBQ before, learn how to work a grill knob to adjust your own heat. Don’t expect a server to babysit your grill heat LOL. Another bonus is the grills they have are gas, not electric. Turn to max heat when cooking steak! To sum it up, the best things to order were the black pepper beef cubes(juicy and easy to cook), spicy Korean chicken wings(sauce is the boss and crunchy af), extra side of seaweed salad(fresh and cleansing), extra side of kimchi(fresh with tanginess and spice), and the Melona ice cream for desert. We also ordered the beef bulgogi spicy and original which was kind of bland. The marinated pork belly was solid but I’m not a huge pork fan. We also tried the breaded shrimp which was kind of bland but great when I dipped in my wing sauce. I have yet to try the chicken, salmon, or shrimp from the raw meats. Tried every appetizer, pork, and beef (besides the Kobe Waygu). All you can eat ice cream hit the spot too. I had 3 bars of melona and 2 mochi after my meal. Again look at what I wrote above to order for my personal recommendations. Chicago was the best Korean BBQ we’ve had but I think 592 quality, service, and environment/ amenities make it the best Korean BBQ I’ve ever had😁

We've been coming here since it opened and we have steadily watched the quality decline. I understand they're trying things to try to turn a profit while catering to their local community; this dinner experience they had up charges for everything. They use to have real Korean friend chicken wings, then it became bite size dry nuggets. They also use to have more seafood options for an upcharge, but got rid of it because things probably got expensive. Okay, it happen right? Well today we had 4 orders of meat (the delta steak was the size of a friggin half dollar) the other steak was shaped my Florida and super narrow and they no longer carry the glass noodle dish, were out of various dipping sauces and the ice creams. We try not to use our phones during dinner but man I wished I had snapped a photo. Two "all you can eat" where a lot was unavailable from previous occasions and 5 dollar upcharge to eat two rolls of mediocre sushi for $86.49 seemed....insane? We were polite, ate what was edible quickly, tipped appropriately and laughed at what a terrible experience we had. We even had my MIL watching our child so we could enjoy this experience. We also only ordered water so it was not like we got alcohol or bubble tea. Super disappointed and definitely won't be back, but they clearly don't care. Guess I'll have to try Molo again (their opening was horrible too but I've heard they've received the feedback and made changes).

Worth Reading!!! When I say I was disappointed, is beyond the meaning of disappointed. My Family and I went in for my sister's birthday(BG). This place has been her favorite to go to, and has been hyped up for me. She been asking about it for awhile now so we surprised her for her birthday. Which would turn out to be the biggest mistake of the day. We get greeted by an amazing hostess, unsure of her name, but girl you rock! We were then sent off with our waitress(Hailey) we get to our table, needing some time as I have to look through the menu. We ordered waters and a mountin dew for BG.

The conclusion would be that My mother would get the rice and beef bowl, due to the fact that she has medical issues, which I won't state. So us buying AYCE for her would be unreasonable as she won't even eat the whole bowl. Waitress gets to the table and inform us that that isn't an option. We have to all have the same option(AYCE or Combos) We needed some time as this is already something that needed to be "budget friendly" as the main concern was BG, we had planned a set amount to spend and that went out the door, during this exhange she had offered us other option, SEPERATE US, she said we could sit at seperate tables, meaning we would not be near eachotber while we eat, its a Birthday(???) And you want our family to sit apart? Mind you there is not any open seating so if we were to sit apart, we wouldnt see or be near eachother. So we had to discuss what we would do. We had decided on getting combos, I had taken leave to go to the bathroom at this point, as things are getting irritating and we're all getting in our feels. This is when I run into a worker who I had let know of what was going on. She had informed me exceptions are made for this situation, but ONLY WHEN THE MANAGER IS THERE, who we later find out wouldn't be there till WEDNESDAY(we went on a Sunday). So what happens when the manager isn't there? Well you get jack nothing. Return to table to share the info, arrive and was told that the waitress had just only allowed them to order 3 combos. Not 4(note there was 4 of us) as she said 3 would be enough. Awesome good to know, but we should be allowed to each order what we'd like if we are paying each person/per combo. THREE COMBOS WERE ORDERED, as a fourth was pretty much refused to us. Food is delivered. Water needed refilling(Had to ask twice to get the refill to the table) some time had passed and our grate needed switching, but our waitress was no where to be found, it got to the point that WE had to GET UP and ask one of the bussers to switch it for us as waitress hadn't come back. BG is stressed as we tried to work with the one we had and it was getting to the point that the fire under it started to flicker on top of it. BG had so much anxiety at a point that, she was damn near close to tears and on the verge of puking. Only time we saw a waitress is when she came to ask us if we wanted boxes and the check. At this point we were done with eating as, half of it was inedible(fat/gristle) I and others had spit our food out many times due to the amount. We cooked everything and decided we'll just pick through it once home as we had no interest in being there. We paid for our food and left, as we knew there was no manager to talk to. Proceeded to call facility to discuss this/or if anyone else was in charge we could speak to. Who answered was unproductive on the phone, we even had to confirm we were calling the right place. We called a partner facility in Oshkosh to see if anyone was there. The lady who answer, would ask if we did anything about our issues, ie. Ask our server to check meat quality, or if our poor experience was due to us being there the first time(No they weren't, though I was, as this is why we chose 592 for the birthday dinner) answer is no, cause THE SERVER WAS NEVER THERE. Said they'd call us back after speaking with the manager there. Called back this evening (9:39pm) when discussed said it was due to short staffing, offered us a small gift card that'd only cover 1/2 the cost of one...

Didn't have a great experience here. The staff was not very helpful, and basically sat us down, took our order, and then left us to figure things out for ourselves. The piece of fat to grease the grill was not working for us (there was still meat in it that kept sticking while trying to grease the grill) and watching us struggle and for multiple rounds and change out the grill plate between each round I finally got fed up and asked if there was something else we could use. The waitress actually laughed at us and said "Of course there is!" and then brought out a spray bottle of oil. Seriously? How long was she going to let us struggle? Clearly it was entertaining for her.

After ordering we waited as long as 10 minutes for a server to bring our food from the robot sitting with it in the middle of the room over to the table, but then they didn't know the difference between the different meat items, so we didn't know which to reorder. They only have one veggie option (it's a mix of different veggies, but not the ones pictures) and you couldn't order a la carte... so being allergic to broccoli, and not wanting to waste it, we didn't order more veggies after the first round.

I also have a nut allergy, which eliminated me from all of their sauces... the only option they offered was salted sesame oil. I like sesame oil, but that got really old, really fast.

I get using the hoods that were already there for venting the grills, but it makes the room very cold and noisy, vs. the grills with fans built into the tables.

Overall, it was fine. But if you want an amazing Korean BBQ experience, with amazing staff and fantastic atmosphere, go over to Molo up the road it's the same price but way more options and variety. Plus, they have a great sauce bar where you can mix up some tasty ways to top you meat, and awesome kimchi! They also offer Hot Pot, so you can mix it up. The only pro this place has over Molo is the desserts are part of the all you can eat vs Molo only includes one type of complementary dessert... but I'm not going to a Korean BBQ for the dessert.

Sorry to say, we...
