If you want half decent service and want to get your order right you’re better off going to this location during the day before 7PM. Went through the drive thru at 10:20PM and when we got to the window to pay and receive our food, the girl working the window spoke loudly about the next person in line being the last one before they close for the night while there were still 3 other people waiting to order when we pulled off. It wasn’t even 10:30PM and they were already starting to close when they aren’t suppose to until midnight. By the time we got home with our food our whole order was wrong. Gave us the wrong sized drinks and flavor of drinks, wrong sized fries, even couldn’t make the bacon king I ordered right!
Don’t go here when the night shift is there. They’re miserable, rude, and just don’t care about what they give you because it’s all wrong. They only care about trying to close up early if they can. Then give you attitude when you ask for your drinks that you ordered that they forgot to give you. This location used to be good but now they have the most careless night staff I’ve ever seen them have. Closing 2 hours early than suppose to and terrible service.

When I got in line there were about 6 cars ahead of me, I ended up waiting 45 minutes till I finally got my food, in which time 2 cars bailed on ordering due to the lack of movement.
When I got up to the window they repeated the supposed order back to me, which ended up being the order for the guy behind me. Then proceeded to tell me that even though I had ordered a milkshake at the speaker that apparently the milkshake machine was not working.
As annoyed as I was with the service, once I saw what was going on, I felt bad for the manager/supervisor who looked like she was running around doing everything, as the rest of the employees were just standing around doing nothing. Even as she was repeating my order over and over again since someone skipped over it, and I watched her frustration as everyone else continued to do nothing but stand around, and she went past view, which I assumed to make the order herself.

Read moreI ordered online for pick up through the drive thru. I ordered the Bacon King among other items. I put no cheese on the burger when ordering.
When I got home and went to eat it i saw there was cheese on both patties. For those who also don't get cheese on their burgers you that you can't simply scrap it off.
I had to throw it out.
I went back online and it gave an option to report an issue with my order. I tried to report the burger as having an issue but it wouldn't actually do anything so I had to send an email.
I asked for a refund for the burger portion only since I couldn't eat it and it wasn't what i ordered. BK customer support offered $5 coupon which isn't even enough to buy another Bacon King burger that they made incorrectly.
I asked for a refund again after explaining that but they said they are unable to offer a refund and that the coupon was all they could offer.
Personally I find it wrong when a business makes a mistake and doesn't fix it. They essentially took my money and didn't provide the service or item i paid for.
I can't do business with people like that.
