I hope I have enough space to write this reviewā¦ā¦..this location is straight awful. One of the managers sells thc and nicotine things to employees including the minors. The store manager talks down to her employees like they are nothing. A few weeks ago the two staff members were working the night and one of them was three sheets to the wind drunk and the other employee working was a minor child. I didnāt know that it was in a minors job description to babysit a full grown woman whoās that drunk. This location has bugs, the bathroom smells like a sewer. That place only has a handful of decent employees that treat people kindly. The young man that closes is a great guy, I believe heās a supervisor, always helpful and understanding. Iāve never had an issue with the day time asst mgr either she always seems in tune with the staff and customers. Any time Iāve complained to her she listens but Iām sure her hands are tied so thereās only so much she can do. There is also a man that works days (he sounds southern) he is always oh so friendly too. This tims has a real problem with how they treat the general public, probably the biggest reason why they rotate staff so much because the managers there. Word of mouth gets around fast on peoples experiences here. When Iāve had issues with food or staff the complaints go unheard, and rather than trying to correct a problem they just belittle the staff instead. Is that really fixing a problem? When a customer asks for a way to complain to the owner(s) said customer gets talked down to as well. There is only maybe 4-5 people in that store that are kind to customers and I genuinely feel bad for those few that get treated the way they do and the management doesnāt even try and hide the way the talk down and belittle people. I could probably write a book with the bad experiences that have gone on there. Also Iām sure youāre thinking of itās soooo bad why go back? Hereās why I go back because I genuinely feel that 95% of any gripe with that location is management and I feel bad for the staff working under those two managers. I really hope someone important sees this review because that store is out of control. And something should be done about it. And Iām just one complaint. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was gonna give one stars, but Iām bumping it up to three due to the painless way the staff fixed their managerās mistake. I ordered avocado toast earlier this morning. I didnāt think to check it before I left, and when I got to my destination, the ugly looking toast in the picture is what I got. Not only that, but they gave it to me upside down. I spoke to a manager, who informed me that that is not how theyāre supposed to look, gave me her name, and told me to come back through the drive-through at my earliest convenience. So I had to drive an extra 10 minutes to go back (luckily i had the time). When I got there, the people at the drive-through told me that the manager that I had spoken to on the phone was in fact the person who made the original yucky toast. As a manager, quality control should be a big priority of yours, I donāt know how you let that toast leave the building with a paying customer. Now, Iām not gonna call her out by name because I donāt need someone to lose their job over avocado toast, but Iām hoping she or the other people on staff see this review. Shame on you girl! update - reply to the owner 11/21/23 most days "usually during the morning shift I rarely ever have any issues at this location. Its actually one of my favorite locations at this time but I just couldn't believe I got this reply from the lady working the window "sry im not doing food right now". how as a fast food restaurant during lunch hr can you decide you arn't going to serve food? now I worked burger king back in high school and they used to time the drive through from the minute the customer stopped at the speaker to the time they got there food and drove off, they would "compete for drive through time" so I have to wonder if "not serving food" was out of just lazy / hating your job, or was it in an attempt to get that dive through time or was the whole kitchen out of power, maybe out of food? idk it all just seemed odd to me that , that was there response to us trying to grab a quick lunch on our way to our next job... I also find it hard to believe the place didn't have a single thing on a menu that has around 12 different items.... All the same, I still go every morning and overall have very little to...
