We, my wife and I, went through the drive thru at 7:20pm. I ordered 2 Venti Java Chips Dbl Blended and two Cheese Danish. The young Lady that took our order tried to give us two small Java Chips, and I mentioned, "are those Venti 's?" Then the attitude turned on. This store closes at 7:30pm. We know what the consistency of Java Chips are and what we got after her screw up was not anything of any consistency. All because Little Miss Attitude didn't want to do her job. Lily was the young lady that chose to go down this path with us. I know it takes a few minutes to make one Java Chip that's double blended, there needs to be an understanding that you're open until 7:30pm no matter what. That means you'll provide 100% customer service up to and until all orders are fulfilled, even if that means working past 7:30pm. Our Java Chips weren't even frozen, it was basically chocolate milk. All because Lily was not wanting to do her job. I think I'll test this theory again, in the meantime I think everyone that reads this should understand that I normally give over the top positive reviews, and I don't normally go out of my way to expose someone, yet I feel it's necessary as these children need to know and understand how to be accountable, for their actions. A job has a start time and an end time, the menu board should be shut off at 7:30pm. Not 7:15pm, thinking you're going to be punching out at 7:30pm. If that's the case, then the pay should be docked accordingly. We'll see if a lesson...
Read moreExtremely rude manager (petite white male). There was erroneous charges on my Starbucks account from yesterday. I noticed because my account balance was cleared out when I went to pay and I just reloaded...in drive through. I nicely and calmly, even with a smile, explained what I was seeing in the app. He immediately started yelling at me with extreme attitude about how I needed to call corporate or come inside and he would have to look it up in the system. I couldn't go inside with a sleeping baby in the car. He didn't care just yelled at me more about how I needed to call corporate. I have no idea why he reacted so rude. It's half an hour later and I'm still shaken up by the whole situation. He could have spoken nicely and given me the same information. No attitude necessary.
This is the third time I've had erroneous charges on my account from this location. Last time a female manager was very nice and took a minute to look up the correct transaction. I still had to call corporate to fix the error but at least she was nice and tried.

Read moreI have never had a problem coming to this Starbucks before I pretty much come every morning before work and this morning I came as normal and I believe her name was Sandra was taking mine and my husband order in the drive thru and was extremely rude rushing my husband with our order before we can finish with one item she interrupting asking anything else through the whole order We came up to the window to pay and get our drinks and my husband was telling me something and very rudely she yells over excuse me (seemed she was looking for a problem or argument) I asked her what her problem was and why she was being so rude and she proceeded to say she’s just trying to get orders taken and customers out mind you inside looked empty and there was like three cars behind us so it wasn’t even busy Then 2 other girls come over and take her spot to give us our drinks and they are staring at my husband as if he did something wrong I’m disgusted with the customer service that was provided to me and my husband this morning if u can’t put a fake smile on and take someone order decently Then you shouldn’t be working in...
