McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Greece

Dirty bathroom, wouldn't change TV channel from a heavily biased news station to the local news channel so I could check the weather for later (was without a phone and needed to check if I needed an umbrella on the walk home from seeking jobs later) and the staff was rude when the request was made (unseen manager/supervisor voiced personal opinion of what kind of person who would ask to have the channel changed off of their channel to any other channel - it was very rude and assumed many things that are untrue, such as my age, education level, political party, and some choice words about my assumed sex, gender identity and religious beliefs/lack of belief in a religion - and at least the employee at the front end did not repeat the unseen person's exact response to me and simply provided me with a polite "sorry, but management said no"). They had a sign up for open interviews by the counter, but I did not fill out their application or leave a resume - I simply decided that they didn't need my money or time and left. I was eager to get in and grab me a steak bagel as I was sooooo excited to see that they brought them back. Right after I walked in to this location the manager walked In directly behind me. Immediately after taking off his coat , without washing his hands grabs my food and hand it to me .As I placed my order I asked that it be made a specific way with a sweet tea with no ice . I received my sandwich Made incorrectly and the manager took it back to have it re made. I was then brought my sweet tea with a lot of ice and I asked that I get a new one the way I ordered it with no ice and the manager told me “I was really being a pain in the neck”. First off if I tell you up front how I want my food that’s how I expect to receive it. If there is a mistake made because mistakes do happen… it could have just been swapped out without the sarcasm!! My husband went to your place of business last week around 11:45 am and waited in line to order for dine in. There was one other person in front of him and the counter girl told that person she would be right with her. The girl was putting together orders for the drive though. My husband left after 15 minutes with no service. This happened again this Tuesday (Oct 10, 2023) at the same time. This time he was first in line and there were 6 people behind him. Again, no service after waiting 12 minutes while they prepared orders for the drive through. 2 others left after they saw my husband walk out.
