Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Greenburgh

Spent time at this place while waiting for the rain to die down. While waiting I saw they have a promo for a Medium Latte. I asked the cashier if it was for Iced or hot only. She responded its for any latte. So follow up question was can I get it flavored and she confirmed yes. So I ordered an iced Mocha Latte. When I was about to pay I wasnt charged the correct amount and she said it would fix itself once you already paid for it so I paid with using my card. The price never took the advertised price. Not a big deal at this point as I would be dining in and utilizing the stores heat so its fine. As soon as I got my drink it tasted like a regular latte checked my drink sticker and it did say Mocha looked around my clear cup and I did not see any type of chocolate sauce/syrup whatsoever. So I bought this to the beverage handout persons attention and she had the audacity to argue with me stating thats how it goes. This may literally be the worst Dunkin I have ever stepped in in my life. It’s been three times I’ve been in the store and all three times something is very off. I do not believe they speak English here and the one person that I actually spoke to today Just stared at me with the blankest look you could ever give someone. The first time I went to this location, my English muffin was stale, and after telling the “Supervisor” she just said that’s how English muffins taste and then didn’t even check the other English muffins to see if they were expired or old. Today my donut tasted almost raw! Had to spit it out in disgust. Definitely not coming back. I wish I could give this place no stars but here is my gripe. I ordered the Coffee bags that were clearly marked at 3Lbs for $ 19.99 and when the cashier rung my order it was for $ 29.97. I asked the cashier why did I get charged this amount when the price on the display said 3 Lbs for $19.99. She the cashier went to get the manager and she rudely pulled the display and said that the special starts next week and went straight to the back without even apologizing. I’m not sure if I’m going to buy your brand anymore because that was just illegal to pull a display and rude not to even look back and apologize. I bought the three bags at the regular price but I will start spending my money...
