The one star I gave this Days Inn was because of the maid and one maintenance woman that finally came to a concern. I had many concerns and not one maintenance person came until I dress that one maintenance woman and she came right away. The third and last reason I even gave this hotel one star was from the night counter representative she changed my room when I told her the door lock false fell right out of the door and it was not safe for me to be here mind you, I let the morning clerks know the lock had fallen up the wall and door and I gave the woman the screw she never reported it the room I was in crossed $125 the carpet is so disgusting I keep my shoes on the dresser is broken with plywood showing the coffee maker did not work when I walked in to talk to the clerk stating because I'm in a crisis my friend wants a new room for me and to pay for a week stay they gave her the hardest time after she's already registered me online they told her she'd have to be here in the morning when I switched rooms the second lady the little nicer one reminded the rude Clerk that there was a piece of paper she could sign without being present after that ordeal coming back to the room they never had anyone fix the lock on the door they never did give me a new coffee pot and I did not want to be blamed for the dresser being broke I went back this receptionist changed my room that night and I appreciate her concern for my safety but from there this place is garbage getting normal rates four rooms are in good condition and are Pleasant to stay in when I came in the next morning the two receptionist that I thought were very rude we're still there again and told me they were going to charge me $100 for my dog being in the smoking room that I paid already $250 for over the weekend and then another 7-Day stay only because I have no choice I have to stay she saw the dog my girlfriend brought for me to visit with and told me she was charging I informed her the dog was not staying she did not believe me and told me the cameras will be on in other words I'm lying and if you get caught I'm charging you $100 I told her to come down with me to look to see that the dog was not there which was not how dare her insult me and a place that's falling apart around me this place would have no stars as I said if it was not for the May maintenance lady that fix the hair dryer in the new room that I rented I said it to her directly she fixed it I can't blame those who do their work and do their work well so again I had no choice if you do I suggest you do not go to...
Read moreIn the beginning everything was good, just when the management was presented with a situation that required making a humane good hearted sound soul decision, they proved that they are just as cold hearted and no empathetic having people like the rest. We stayed for 5 consecutive nights. Paid fully on time each night. The 6th night we were having a bank issue, so we explained the situation and told a time we can pay the whole amount which they then accepted. We ended up only having $93 at the time scheduled. It was cold and windy like no night before and we had our kitten with us so we politely asked to be let in our room and wait comfortably inside til we acquired the remaining funds which would be very soon. We were told higher management made specific notes regarding us and our room stating that we are to be locked out until the remaining amount was settled. When told briefly about my medical condition and why it was somewhat important for us to be let in the room to not just lay down but take certain medications and bring our kitten inside to use litter box because he was crying Immediately I'm told no there's nothing they can do to change the note from management but they would try an call personally and ask if things could be changed. The phone call was only getting told exactly what the note has written and no exceptions the employee didn't even try to explain situation or anything. Read moreI stayed at this facility for three months in those three months I've spoke to the front desk many of times and let them know that I was looking for an apartment not because they ask but just to make conversation not one time and these interactions did anybody present me with a paper stating that I only had 30 days on the premises and then would have to leave for 90 days in order to return for another 30 it wasn't until the second time I came back from work and I see that housekeeping has been in the room without authorization the sticker was right on the door handle for no room service once I brought it to manager Nicole Wildman attention the next day one of the regular workers presented me a paper telling me that I could no longer extend my stay .when I asked why I wasn't informed about this in the beginning the worker told me they were doing me a favor by letting me stay because they liked me which left me more confused because if that was the case why wasn't I even informed from the beginning that that was the rules and regulations so how is is this a favor? I got there in the beginning of the whole covid-19 pandemic so this facility didn't really have much workers available for housekeeping so with that being said I bought and provided my own housekeeping..which is why I was even more shocked that house keeping came in to put towels and rags in room..because I usually get it from front desk once a week..Nicole Wildman is the worst manager I've ever dealt with all other staff there has been very pleasant..I would go back if she...
