I purchased an item from an online retailer just to find out a piece couldn't be replaced from them (Out of warranty period) and had to directly contact the manufacturer online. The manufacturer couldn't sell the replacement I needed to me so I had to find a store that works with them to order the piece for me. All the stores near me (I live in Connecticut) that were affiliated with this manufacturer were closed so I searched for other stores to help me order this piece and I don't know who picked up the phone, i'm assuming it was the owner and they told me it was no problem at all that they'd be willing to help me and that he'll charge me whatever the company charges him I just have to go pick it up. I sent him all my information to try to get my replacement piece and now i'm hoping the manufacturer have it. Regardless of all this, these guys deserve this 5 star review 1000%. I was in the hospital and needed a bed for my 92 year old mother at last minute notice. I called and spoke with Juan and explained what I needed.Not only did he exceeded my expectations, but his professionalism and time in which he got it done was beyond and above my expectations. Not only did he delivered, set up bed,and remove old bed,but he also took a picture of the setup and sent me. I was beyond happy and impressed. My mom loves her new bed.
