This is the newest pizza place at a location where Iâve seen four other pizza shops come and go over the past 20 yrs. First impression - the place is very clean and the staff was very welcoming. The pizza variety selection was limited though itâs early evening on Super Bowl Sunday and the rest of the world is probably in front of their televisions. I went for the plain cheese, pepperoni for my kids and a vegetable slice with spinach, mushrooms, broccoli and onions for me. My sonâs initial reaction: âMmm!!â The pizza was perfect. The crust was crispy. The temperature was en pointe. The service was quick and professional, plus they offered to put any topping I wanted on my individual slice. The menu is limited to standard pizzeria fare -pizza, salads, dinners, and only a handful of sides. But thatâs okay. If you do pizza right you donât need to sell anything else. There is also a restaurant that is part of this shop and I have not yet had the pleasure of dining there. I can only assume their food is just as delicious. I will definetely be a regular at Flames. Welcome...
Read moreThis is my first and last time ordering from this place. I ordered a small pizza, which was fine, along with a chicken fettuccine alfredo pasta. The pasta was not ok. First of all, I got it with spaghetti, the description did NOT say so, the quantity was small for the price, and I requested parmesan cheese on the side and I got nothing. Didn't even send utensils or napkins. I called and the guy on the phone had the nerve to say they serve all their pasta dishes with spaghetti- then specify that in the description! Also, they could not provide parmesan cheese because that came with a price. Seriously!? I've never heard of paying a separate price to add cheese to a pasta meal. If he had even called to say do you want to pay for it then at least I had a choice but to send me what I got was unacceptable....
Read moreThis is an adequate pizza place with above average prices. I mean the portions are large but the prices are for more of a fine dining Italian restaurant. This looks like your normal take out pizza place with a couple tables in the front. The food is good but it's not spectacular for the prices that they charge. Chicken parm dinner $24. I can get the same thing it almost any other pizza shop for four or five dollars less. They do have amazing salad dressing and the owner is...
